I was promptly seen. I checked-In and 10 minutes later my name was called. My attending physician was Dr. Alan Whitehouse who is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient. Dr Porubsky is very passionate about his work and he is very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate this after having to deal with so many doctors. Extremely refreshing. The staff is very friendly and professional. All this from one visit.

I don’t have the words to describe how professionally they treated me. The lady who preformed the test was remarkable and took time to explain everything in detail to me. As a retired engineer, I ask a lot of questions and she answered them in a manner that I clearly understood. I would have given her ten stars if it was possible! Thanks to the whole staff starting with the warm welcome I received from the moment I arrived.

ENT Augusta is very friendly and organized. The staff are pleasant and seem to love what they are doing. I think Dr. Probusky has a wonderful chair side manner and listens to my concerns. I feel very trusting that this group will take good care of me .
