🙌🏾Food was so Good!♥️ We had a team dinner here, and it was a great choice. There was plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our group, making it easy to enjoy the evening together. I ordered the Grouper Orleans and was able to substitute the sides for green beans and grits, which the staff happily accommodated. The meal was flavorful, fresh, and cooked well. Overall, it was a great dining experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely come back!

I visited for an early dinner. It was raining but we opted to sit on the patio because it was enclosed and I am glad we did. It gave a lot of natural light, I like the table arrangement, it was clean, and inviting. The service from our waitress was good. She was friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting menu items and drinks. The alligator appetizers cane out really fast and we're very tasty and fresh. My entree was the crawfish ravioli with shrimp. This was surprisingly amazing. Much more enjoyable and flavorful than I thought. It was more soupy than I'd predicted, but it brought the whole dish together. Their red velvet cheesecake was amazing! Like heaven. I got it to go, but eneded up eating it all. 4 words; Try the Hurricane Flight! This was a generous sample of all 4 of their recommend Hurricane cocktails with generous pours. They were good and strong. An overall great experience and I look forward to my next visit.
Awesome experience! It’s a little dark in there for atmosphere but I forgot all about that after the awesome food came to the table. We had Chargrilled Oysters, Pork Chops, Lamb Chops, Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp! 🥰😋🤤 Everyone left stuffed and HAPPY! We definitely go back and STRONGLY recommend!! Oh, the service was great too! No complaints about our waiter!
This restaurant is massive. The multiple doors and rooms inside makes it feel like a maze. The service was kind, polite and cheery from the start to finish which made the dining experience so much more enjoyable. The waitress would regularly check up on the table and she would reassure us when the food was taking a bit more time. The food itself was good. I feel like the overall flavours are pretty enjoyable. The slight hint of spiciness complements the other flavours so well. However, I feel like I got tired of that flavour so quickly so halfway through the meal, my enjoyment was decreasing quickly. The portions are gigantic. If you were worried about the prices after seeing them, a meal at around 25$ seem expensive but the portions are more than enough for 2 people.
Food was good. Service terrible. It was my daughter's birthday she had on a crown looking pretty & he barely grunted. Didn't make her feel special at all. We were trying to remember the waitress's name we had before because she was amazing, which made us want to come back, this young man makes me feel like I don't ever want to go back. Customer service has gotten invisible in so many places. Then they want to have the nerve to expect you to leave a 20% tip or more. We are great tippers but I refuse to reward for subpar service. Anyway, bday girl had grouper, other daughter had shrimp & grits, & I had lamb with a hurricane flight. The table had oysters and BBQ shrimp which were delicious.
As someone who just returned from New Orleans I wanted to continue the same feel by coming to this restaurant. Unfortunately that is not what I got. The food was not seasoned at all and ended up paying $20 for a meal I didn't eat. Waitress didn't even asked why we didn't eat the food or if we enjoyed. She seemed annoyed by my questioning of different wine options. Just poor service. Joe the bartender was the only person that I can say humbled the experience. This was a big miss
I’ve been here several times within the last month and it’s usually always a hit but whoever the chef was around 3pm today missed the mark. It actually has discouraged me from coming back for awhile. $80 for a solo meal should be enjoyable. The oysters came out in a pool of butter, barely grilled. Once I saw, I knew my ribeye New Orleans would be to rare for med well and indeed it was. I was gracious they took it back and prepared to right temp but I guess my punishment was for the sides to be cut tremendously than the first plate. I barely had any Mash. The service is always top notch and this was my only disappointment with food. I look forward to a better meal once I decide to return.
If you’re looking for real Louisiana flavor just outside ATL, this place absolutely delivers. The food is phenomenal—especially the Cajun jambalaya, which I’d honestly rank as the third best I’ve ever had outside of Louisiana. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re back in Louisiana. It’s a true local hometown spot, and it shows in both the food and the hospitality. Atmosphere is average, but that’s not why you come here—you come for the food. One important tip: go for lunch if you can. Dinner hours are packed—and I mean no parking, no seats, wall-to-wall busy from about 5 PM to 9 PM. I’ve been here many times, and it’s consistently one of my favorite Cajun spots outside of Louisiana. If you know Cajun food, you’ll appreciate this place. If you don’t, this is a great introduction.
