Bought a used BMW from this dealership. The buying process was smooth overall, although there was some back-and-forth during the price negotiation. However, the Check Engine Light came on immediately after I took delivery of the vehicle. Both sales managers and my sales representative have been responsive and proactive in helping arrange the vehicle’s return for diagnosis and repair. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue, and I’ll continue updating this review throughout the repair process so future buyers can see how everything is ultimately resolved. If the outcome is positive—which I’m optimistic it will be—I will gladly recommend this dealership to others.

Drove 40 miles to come see a car today with my son. Nice car, was definitely going to purchase. The salesman draws up the numbers and it includes a $3500 fee for a 90 day warranty and “certification” of the car. Tried to say we don’t care about certification and don’t want the warranty. They refuse to remove it and it’s non-negotiable on all their vehicles. I’ve spend less on 3 year warranties and this is only for 3 months!!! We ended up walking and not buying and I will never buy or recommend this place to anyone. We found a car at another local dealership 20 minutes away where we did purchase and they offered the exact same warranty for $399!! And we didn’t have to get it. A warranty should not be forced. This is such a shady tactic. Buyer beware.

From my experience its a stereotypical shady bait and switch used car lot. They offered a vehicle for one price on Cargurus, and when i was about to get serious about buying it they said its really a higher price and to "look on our website for the real price" When I initially contacted them through Cargurus they confirmed it was available, they sent me pictures of it, answered questions, everything looked good. So I started putting together financing, scheduled a pre purchase inspection and transport for it (Im out of state). I was ready to purchase the vehicle assuming inspection came back good. So several calls and texts later I let them know I have done all this and mentioned the price.... I was then informed that no, the price on cargurus isn't accurate and its now $400 more. I told the salesgirl you have it advertised for this amount, she said "oh we have been problems with cargurus" its really this price which is on our website.... I said its YOUR listing on cargurus! Im not offereing $400 less its literally listed as that price on your advertisement...you are not going to honor it? She said "No, its not something we normally do... You are going to blow a 38 thousand dollar deal for $400 bucks? and she did...Clueless how to close a deal...unbelievable. They will sell it for the price they want but in my opinion...if they cant even honor their own listed prices....do you really want to see how they are going to treat you if you actually buy a car from there??? Move on...there are plenty of used car lots in the world...

Warning: Be very careful of bait-and-switch listings. I had a very disappointing experience with Autos of Chicago. I confirmed by both email and phone that the vehicle was available, and they told me it was ready. Based on that, I drove for an hour to get there—only to be told the car was not available. This kind of misleading practice wastes people’s time and is extremely frustrating. Don’t waste your valuable time like I did.

I came in with a scheduled visit for a specific car I wanted to test drive and hopefully leave with. The entire staff was very helpful, thoughtful and professional. They answered every question and even helped explain anything I didn't understand right away. I was very happy with the experience and it gave me that extra assurance and confidence to leave with my new car that same day.

Absolutely had the best experience! Chris Kaminski the GSM and Luna F in financing were great. Everything was explained by Chris and then again by Luna to make sure we understood everything. We been driving our vehicle 🚗 for 3 weeks and it runs perfectly.
