Such a great experience. Sebastian was so helpful from the minute I dropped my car off. He got it in for its MOT really quickly, kept me updated, and sorted everything that needed doing with no hassle at all. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does and wants to make things as easy as possible for customers. Really good service and I’d definitely recommend this garage.

Great professionals, very helpful and always keen to help. I went to check the pressure of my tires and also to check the bolts on the wheels were tightened properly and they helped me with no problem at all. In the future I’ll come back for any wheel/tyre matters.

Great service from start to finish. We arrived this morning and the team quickly took our car in to be examined. They started the work straight away, and everything was completed within 30 minutes of our arrival. Very efficient, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Disappointing experience - I came in to sort out a puncture on my car. They were very accommodating, slotting me in at 3:30pm on a Saturday and told me they'd be able to sort this out. Granted, they repaired the puncture but when I asked whether they'd balanced the tyre as well, they confirmed it had been. However, the time I drove the car on the motorway it was clear this hadn't been done. Took the car to another shop where they balanced my wheel, as it was WAY out of balance (picture attached). Overall very disappointed and won't be taking my car back here

Reading other reviews it looks like the guys here are always quick and efficient (which was my experience as well). I’m giving five stars for a completely different reason. One of their mechanics backed a van into my car, but the response from Sebastian (the manager of the shop) was phenomenal. He sorted everything out for the car to be sent to a great body shop and Merityre covered all the costs. Obviously I would have rathered my car not be back into but shit happens and the response to things going wrong is arguably more important and indicative of a quality shop. Definitely earned my trust.

Absolutely great service! I needed my front two tyres replacing as an emergency (the previous set were worn due to poor tracking) so the garage did them for me on the same day with only 20mins notice. Sebastian was fantastic and handled the work amazingly. Really friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. I’ve used Merityre Kingston previously so always trust them with my car, this was the first time me using the Southfields branch but il definitely be returning. Absolutely wonderful service, quality workmanship and really well priced too!! Thank you again!

Great customer service and very quick turnaround. I had an issue with the tyre of my Tesla (thought it was a puncture). I gave them a call to be seen ASAP and they were able to accommodate me within the hour. Their staff is also very knowledgeable about tech of various cars as I also asked for tyre rotation and they knew how tyre calibration works on a Tesla. Very happy with the service. 10/10.
