She is amazing at shaping and applying the polish layers so my nails are strong and don't chip. She also does an amazing job of choosing the perfect colour and realising my visions. This is hands down the happiest I have ever been with my nails! I had the absolute pleasure of getting them done by Sanamdeep, and she was incredible. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly.

I am sorry to leave a negative comment. I did not initially have time to write a review, but I felt it was important to share my experience. During the first week after having my nails done, the gel started to peel. The manager kindly offered a complimentary fix, which I appreciated, and the issue was repaired. Unfortunately, the gel peeled again shortly afterward. As shown in the photo, the gel lifted quite significantly. In addition, the nail lengths were not even. I pointed this out once the gel had already been applied. Ideally, this should be something a professional technician notices before finishing the service. When I returned for the second appointment, I also explained that my nails were already quite fragile, as I had just had them done a week earlier. In my view, nail services are not only about appearance but also about proper nail care. When a client’s nails are in a fragile condition, it may be better to suggest an alternative treatment—such as BIAB—rather than applying another gel layer. Unfortunately, no such advice was offered. Dream Nails has a beautiful store and a very pleasant environment. Because of this, I expected a higher level of professional guidance and consultation. I have had my nails done regularly for many years, so I say this with some regret, but this has been my worst experience so far. That said, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the manager for trying to assist and offering the complimentary fix.

I live around here and needed my nails removed desperately. I always walk past this salon and it looked really nice which is why I decided to give it a try. The call to book the appointment was very friendly and the shop itself is really tidy and clean. However, I had a painful experience at this salon today. During my acrylic removal, the technician cut my thumb deeply with the clippers. Even though I winced and reacted visibly to the pain, she didn't stop or acknowledge it until I pointed out that I was bleeding. The only solution offered was some antiseptic and an apology. No discount or effort to make up for the injury was provided. I was still charged full price despite the fact that I pointed the pain out multiple times and I was left with a throbbing thumb. I’m very disappointed with this experience and salon considering that they have such a high rating.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon, and I have to give a special shoutout to Sonia❤️! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Sonia is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about her work. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the results were absolutely beautiful💗. Not only is she talented, but she’s also so warm and friendly—it honestly felt like catching up with a friend while being pampered. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my nails. I highly recommend booking with Sonia if you want top-quality service and a genuinely lovely experience🥰☺️!

It chipped after just one day! I came out of the salon and the lady didn’t even applied the top coat correctly. The colour that I chose was £5 extra and I told her that u wanted to chose another colour than she said that I could use the other colour without paying extra. Terrible service. I want come back

I recently had my nails done by Sonia at this salon, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. The shape, design, and finish were all exactly what I wanted—if not better.
