Extremely disappointing experience with Top Pizza. The pizza arrived poorly made, wasn’t cut properly, had almost no toppings, and barely any cheese. I could literally taste mostly the plain pizza base. It felt like no care was put into preparing the order at all. For the price paid, the quality was unacceptable. Definitely one of the worst pizzas I’ve had and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I believe this place is either under new ownership or they’ve started using cheaper ingredients because the taste of the whole pizza has changed including the sauce and cheese. Used to be one of the best. Now the pizza I’ve just tried isn’t worth buying. So bland and feels like I’ve wasted my money. If it’s a one of and they want to prove it I can change my review to 5* .

I have tried their pizza for first time and to be honest it tastes amazing, its loaded and full of toppings. Their prices are alright compared to other well known pizza shops. The service and staff need to improve their service and work on hygiene. They area is not that easy to get parking spot so make sure to park on nearby street. Overall they need to improve their hygiene level the rest taste is great.

I went and collected pizza. Ordered a veggie lover and it’s suppose to have mushrooms. I got home and there was no mushrooms on the pizza. When I called the guy who makes the pizza I think he is a young Afghandu guy he started arguing back with me rather than apologising he kept saying he put mushrooms. Insisted he put mushrooms and accused me of lying. I even offered a photo and he told me bring it back to the shop and only then he would believe me. which is a half hour journey for me. I wasn’t going to go back but the staff should understand a customer is not going to call and say there was no mushrooms and complain if there was actually mushrooms. The guy is rude and has no manners. My pizza also had onion skin. And I can see with the other comments this is a re occurring thing they don’t accept fault instead try to pin it on the customer.

I ordered through Just Eat and forgot to change the pizza thickness, so I called the shop to amend it. The customer service was genuinely outstanding. I was offered the option to change the size, and the staff member even advised that the small might not be enough — it didn’t feel like upselling at all, just honest, thoughtful service. I ended up upgrading to a medium and I’m really glad I did. Their pizzas are always consistently delicious, and the quality never changes. This is exactly why we don’t buy pizza from anywhere else now. Really happy with the whole experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a 13-inch pizza for £10 and it came with just ONE dip — seriously? For a pizza that size, that’s nowhere near enough. If you want an extra dip, they charge 60p… for sauce?! Are they selling gold or what? To make it worse, they didn’t even include basic things like tissue papers. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even worse. The pizza itself was average at best, but the stinginess and poor customer service completely ruined it. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be ordering again.
