Elliot, who works at the Prestwich branch in Manchester, was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. The level of care and customer service he provided was outstanding. Even though I only purchased a small amp for £120, he treated me as though I were making a £3,000 purchase.
He left a brilliant, lasting impression on me, and I would have felt bad not giving him a well-deserved five-star review. Elliot is a real asset to your organisation.

Called in for a look and to weigh up my options for a new turntable. Small shop but excellent, top quality products on show. Staff are more than accommodating and knowledgeable. If you know what you want, come here. If you want advice on what to buy, come here. Bought an LG TV and they threw in a sound bar and speakers in for free. Got a 6 year warranty on it too. Couldn't recommend Richer Sounds more, seriously.
