Great place 👌 the stuff was very kind and helpful especially amazing Delyana that was very friendly and her service was on very high level, she made everything so special. Will definitely comeback to this place. Other Kaspa's places should definitely train from workers in here. Also so clean and well maintained place, I was really surprised by high quality of the desserts and place itself. My whole family loved it !!! 😍😍

Delyana was such an amazing server! So lovely, so welcoming, so helpful, really made the whole experience so great! Food was tasty, warm, genuinely kaspas has outdone themselves!!!! #devoured. Before vs after. Licked the plates even, just too good 😋

I always have Kaspas pistachio milkshake as their pistachio icecream is full flavour. I ordered and my order was ready within 4 mins! By time I finished my pistachio milkshake, I was quite impressed with the service. The staff member who served me Mustafa suggested next time I attend Kaspas to try the Choco peanut punch shake. I finish mt Pistachio shake & I couldn't wait.. I greedily cheerfully, to Mustafa's amazement ordered his suggestion! loooool! Great service!

We were greeted by Delyana who was very welcoming and pointed us to our table, we were given the option to order on the self ordering tablet which was on the table and very simple to use. We really enjoyed our desserts and tea and will sure visit again soon. Thank you Delyana for looking after us.

She was patient, always smiling, and made sure everything was perfect. The ice cream was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. The dessert was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the texture was just right. Every bite was a pleasure, and you could tell a lot of care went into its preparation. One of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

I would like to say a special thank you to Delyana. She welcomed us into the shop very professionally and took care of us and gave me and my family the best seat in the shop! Then she went further out of her way to accommodate my order and it was served to perfection. 10/10.
