I ordered online from Tuk Tuk Mart and was very happy with the experience. The delivery was very quick, and everything was packed perfectly. All the glass jars were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, so everything arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the products is excellent, and I’m really impressed with the overall service. Some my food orders been missing but they refund my money back. Overall I am happy with delivery. Order more with tuk tuk mart again quick delivery👍 But dispatch a bit delayed have to ring them up. Overall happy with it.

Possibly one of the most complete Asian supermarkets I’ve come across. From cutlery/cookery, to frozen rice cakes, jasmine/sushi/basmati rice, all types of instant ramen under the sun, to pandas chiffon cakes and a fully stocked Lee Kum Kee sauce & spice section. Absolutely beautiful sight for Asians in Manchester.

I made an online order for some fresh, canned and bottled produce, and though it was not without its pitfalls, the way they responded to issues was excellent. Firstly, a couple of items were out of stock. I received a WhatsApp message to let me know, along with photos of items they suggested as replacements. After an agreement was reached, the parcel was shipped the next day. The second issue came when the box arrived. Although the items were carefully packaged, a couple of glass bottles had shattered. I let them know via WhatsApp, with photos, and they offered a refund. Everything else about the order was great, but I do think that the prompt resolution of issues is where they shone. I would definitely recommend shopping with them.

My favorite East Asian superstore in West Yorkshire. The shop is well stocked, the staff is friendly and variety is plenty. It’s our go to shop and I’d recommend it over any other market.

I have ordered online a few times and been to the shop and have always had a good experience. They have a wide range of products online and in store. In my latest order one of the things I ordered was not in stock. Anne got in touch to offer a suitable alternative (which I have tried and really liked, thank you!)

Fantastic service with a huge range of products to suit everybody. Making my order was simple, delivery was very quick and the cost is very reasonable and a little gift was included too. I've done a couple online orders from this company now and it's been great each time. Everything is packed well and arrives quickly. I was contacted about items out of stock but good alternatives were offered which I was happy with. Communication through out was perfect. I'll be ordering again
