I can’t comment on the staff, has my granddaughter ordered on just eat, she ordered a lemon meringue pie, and I can honestly say I have never seen a lemon meringue like it. The topping was just like watered down icing, and I don’t know how to describe the lemon part which should be soft. I stuck a fork in it and it was rock solid.
The complete thing went in the bin so I can’t say how it tasted.pictures below show the difference .
We didn’t check the food hygiene before ordering if we had we most definitely wouldn’t of placed the order. We waited 3hrs for the delivery.
Really lovely team, really cool shop! I made my order last-night very last minute and yet they did an amazing job. Really happy with the outcome and will be definitely ordering again. Thank you!
3 hrs after ordering nothing arrived.. The lady on the phone is scum, she told me after 2 hrs delivery is on the way. 3 phone calls later she still proceeded to lie. They then told uber order delivered which it was not. I now have to chase under for a refund. Who ever this lady on the phone is you are truly scum of the earth.
Walked in and was greeted with loud music and pink lighting. Menu was extensive, with lots of lovely looking cakes on display, but I fancied a slush. They had around 15 or so flavours available, I chose cherry and, although the flavour was overwhelming, it was pretty decent. However, it was £6.99!!!!! Apparently, it's cheaper online. Plenty of parking, slowish service, and some new drinks available that I hadn't seen before, but unlikely I'll go again at those prices.
Don’t bother ordering from here, ordered at 11pm and didn’t turn up till 1:30am, delivery driver was rude and food was completely inedible, crepes were rock solid and toppings crushed to pieces. Rang at 12 and they said they were a short while away and still wasn’t here an hour later! AVOID
I honestly wish I would have read the reviews… let’s start, ordered the food at approx 9.40, was told on just eat 25-40 mins… acceptable…. So sat waiting for literally the only bit of food I would have consumed since 6 this morning (due to work shift patterns and hectic lifestyle), thought I would take advantage of the just eat 40% off!!! Who wouldn’t…. Delivery time then pushed to 10.55 to 11.15… ok no worries as long as it gets here hot I don’t mind, at least after my food I can start work at 6am again the following day after having some good stodge…. So 11.15, eagerly anticipating this wonderful food advertised, still nothing…5-10 mins pass, nothing, 10-15 mins… nothing…..11.45 arrives and I think I’ll put a small complaint in with just eat and go to bed without any food and law behold… a knock at the door… trying to lock up my house for the night 3 kids in bed to which are devilish to get to sleep and a second and third knock within 1( seconds….. THEN MY FRONT DOOR OPENS AS I AM GETTING TO ANSWER IT!!!!!!!, I couldn’t make this up!!!! He is lucky he didn’t get the meat cleaver!!!!just accepting this weird behaviour and activity I go to the front door to be met with a guy who if this had been a bigger car was parked to block the road who said “name”…. Give me the food and sodded off with a walk that looked almost like he was pissed!!!!….. ok, well I have my food…. But no said the lord…. I open the bag and smoothie, on its side…. Ok I can deal with this it’s simple…..quick clean…. Opened up my burger and chips as though I had just found Davy jones locker and….. climax end… stale cold chips, stale cold burger…. Sod that, tried to put a complaint in and the section wasn’t big enough for me to put every damn thing I could…. So I rung the company…. Guess what!! SHE DIDNT GET IT WHEN I SAID HE OPENED MY FRICKING FRONT DOOR!!!! I told her the food has ALL gone in the bin as it’s about as edible as my 3 year olds play kitchen food to which photos apply…. She said… you did order from didsbury?? Ok so why are you telling just eat that you can deliver to royton? Why isn’t that on just eat? Why wouldn’t they call to say the journey is that long it may turn up cold (the hot food)?…. I literally as a person who loves different food and ordering from different places quite regular cannot understand how the living hell this has happened…. Talk to your driver???? Lucky he made it back, I was so confused… tell him next time he wants to open someone’s front door, at least offer to feed them…. Anyway, £20 odd quid down, going to bed…. Hungry…. Thanks for nowt mate…. In fact for this review and all the others, deffo gonna report to trading standard and the food and hygiene committee… every review I have seen is the same….. if you can’t do it…. JUST SAY!!!!
Ordered nearly £30s worth of food to be utterly disappointed! Not only was the delivery late by 40 minutes, but they couldn’t even get it right. I ordered a double chocolate cookie that turned out to just be a normal milk chocolate with chocolate sauce despite the picture clearly showing what to expect (pictures added for reference) when I rang to check the status of my order the lady on the phone was very disinterested in helping and had a poor attitude not very good customer service if you ask me , definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
Waited from 8pm to 10:30pm for my dessert, only to receive a jam roly poly with barely any custard. Really disappointed.
