Flanx

Fantastic experience for my first visit to Flanx on Essex Road this week. I wanted advice on grey blending, going back to my natural colour after years of box dye. Flanxa was very kind & patiently explained the options giving me a really smart hair cut, beautifully toned & styled, emphasising the silver tones & texturising to hide dyed ends. She has some lovely soft cool toned highlight colours ready to add after my next cut in a couple of months - looking forward to coming back. Great coffee & chat too! Lovely salon, owner & team!

The most amazing service and staff. Lavdie spent the whole day with me colour correcting my hair. She really took her time doing everything so carefully I felt complete trust and comfort leaving everything in her hands. My hair turned out so beautiful. Salon itself was super clean and beautifully furnished.

Lavdie worked absolute magic on my faded, box dyed and damaged hair!! I can’t believe the transformation in one appointment and that she was able to get rid of all the red tones, she is truly an artist. She listened to what I wanted and worked really hard over a long appointment to achieve that - I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Everyone in the salon is lovely and I’d massively recommend Lavdie to anyone looking for a balayage or colour done.

Great salon with such a lovely team! They are always happy to help. I honestly can’t recommend Emi enough. She truly knows her way around all hair types and textures, which is so rare to find. What I love most is that she understands my hair or what I want, better than I do. I completely trust her judgment, and she always gets it right. She still takes the time to talk me through what she’s doing, which I really appreciate, but I’d happily let her take the lead every time! I’ve been going to her for years, and she just keeps getting better and better. She also has such a calm, reassuring energy, which makes a huge difference - especially if you’re very particular or trying something new. She’s so understanding which is hard to find in a stylist and makes all the difference. She’s genuinely the best out there. 🤍

I visited Flanx for a full head of cherry red and told Lavdie exactly what colour I wanted — she did an amazing job! I absolutely love it; it looks gorgeous. I really appreciate how Lavdie listened carefully and made sure the result was perfect.

I was visiting London and booked in for a balayage, toner, treatment, cut,and blow dry and i couldn't be happier with the results. The team was super friendly and really listened to what I wanted. My colour came out beautifully blended, and my hair feels so healthy and soft. The cut and blow dry were perfect too,I left feeling fresh and confident. Hair by Scott. I always get really nervous trying a new hairdresser and I wanted a big transformation, so nerves x 10. I immediately felt calm around Scott and he was so patient with my many, many questions. He absolutely NAILED my vision, talked me through everything and did the cut in stages to achieve exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was genuinely so amazing and I can’t wait to come back!
