Bury Market

A fantastic market! Such a variety of goods, loads of places to eat, tasters available at a number of stalls. Lots of traditional old sweet stalls, fresh produce, clothes, cleaning supplies etc. Well worth a visit. I recommend the black peas from the man in the van, very tasty!

I have not been to chester for 30 or more years.i forgot how interesting the place is visited the cathedral then did the full walk around the old wall so much to see and very interesting sites to visir

Kudos to the Town of Bury for making the market a centre piece for visitors. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, easy to navigate, and nice place to visit for a nostalgic trip down memory lane, especially if you've not visited a local market for sometime.

Great market & food stalls. Also Millgate shopping centre & The Rock shopping. Excellent fish & chips from The Town Fryer on the market.

Great visit to Bury Market. Lovely atmosphere and lots of interesting stalls. I even bought a beautiful custom-made house sign which was very well made. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic market, this was our first time visit and now we’ve been I can’t understand why we have never been before ! But will definitely be returning, the market has a massive selection of stalls , plenty of places to eat, the adjacent shopping mall is very large and a great selection of shops. The market has great transport links , we used the metro link which is located right next to the market , would not hesitate in recommending a visit.

Went there as part of an organised trip.Really good market. Lots of vendors got some great bargains. Really enjoyable day will definitely go back.

No indoor market any more! Very busy and the outdoor is undercover. Lots of different store and quiet a few food stores selling proper black pudding! Like a big maze trying to find stores that you saw on the way round. The fish and meats stores had lots of good quality produce.
