I would like to report a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I tried to register my vehicle using the tablet in the store, but the tablet was not working properly and several buttons were unresponsive. I asked members of staff for help several times. I was told to wait, but despite waiting, no one came to assist me. Eventually, I had to try to register my vehicle myself using the faulty tablet. When I finally managed to do it, I was shocked to see that the system showed an entry time earlier than when I had actually arrived. I am certain I arrived around 2:40 pm, as I always check the time when I enter. However, the system showed 2:35 pm, and I could not continue unless I pressed "Confirm Registration." I had no other option because I needed to complete my vehicle registration. This has made me very concerned because this is not the first time I have experienced problems with your parking system. On a previous occasion, I received a parking charge due to incorrect timing, but after I provided my shopping receipt, it was confirmed that the system had made an error and the charge was cancelled. I hope no parking charge is issued following this visit. If one is, I ask that this feedback be taken into account, as I did everything I could to register my vehicle correctly. The faulty tablet, the incorrect system information, and the lack of assistance from staff caused me considerable stress and unnecessary worry. I hope you will investigate both the parking registration system and the lack of staff assistance so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

Once again Susi has done it! She has made my shopping experience one of my favourite times a week. I walk in and see her smiley face which just boosts my mood. I always don’t know where to find things but as soon as I ask her she knows exactly where it is. She is a gift to the store and makes Ali Bhavan a great place to shop! Cherish her owners!

Very disappointed with my experience at this shop. I bought a grocery item and later tried to return it, but I was told they do not refund grocery, fruit or vegetable items. I understand shops may have their own return policies, but this was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. The staff response was not helpful, and I felt the customer service could have been handled much better. A clear refund/return policy should be displayed so customers know before buying. Because of this experience, I would be cautious about shopping here again.

After regularly coming here for my seafood at the back, I usually get some samosas and mutton rolls, I pointed to the samosa I wanted because I couldn’t pronounce the name of the samosa and upon opening the samosa once I had got in my car I had realised they gave me the wrong ones, I went back to let them know and asked if I could pay the difference to have it swapped to the samosa I originally asked for, instead they said no and told me to pay for the samosas again. This is very disappointing, not even about the money because it’s only £1 for a samosa, more about the principle and customer service skills of how this was handled. Because I’m not apart of the culture they treated and looked at me different.

I bought the rice of 10 kg bag, right after i pay one of them want to exchange with other want and told that would pay gap of the price, lady on the counter says it would effect of the quantity of the store so denied to change😆😆. I even hadn't left the shop😆. Quitely leave the shop after. It wasn't first time anyway. I had faced similar situation with the lady 2 more times

The online sales team didn't respond to my phone calls or messages until after the order was dispatched, which I wanted to cancel. Now they are not accepting returns for the non-perishable items. Poor customer service!

While i gone their yo buy this indian bhujiya ....i was expired...1st time i bought and while eating it was bad smelling on my mouth......and i saw the date it was expired about 4,5 days ago......and next time i also gone their to buy this again it was still there ....New product was not replaced...and i ask witj staff and he will take back that.... Plz don't play with customer life.....you know the expired product is like poison for our health and body.. Everyone cannot check tha expire date because of bg schedule, so please do recheck again and again The team alibhavan. 🥹🥹🥹

Good indian grocery store. A bit over priced but then you get nearly everything including pooja accessories. Down side is very limited parking.
