First time I have used this service. Half hour after posting my requirements I received a couple of replies and found what I needed. Was informed it would be delivered within 2 working days payment over the phone was standard no problems. Item arrived as stated very well packed. Within 2 hours of delivery item fitted and working perfectly. (Freelander 2 front wiper motor assembly) Very impressed with the service

The experience was good,I still need that fuel pipe to filter in bulk head.Just the plastic pipe what comes off the metal pipe .

Absolutely useless, sent two emails asking for photos of the part they said would be suitable for my car. Needless to say neither email was answered and when I rang to ask about the same item the person was supposedly not at their computer. They expect me to buy a part from them without confirming if it's the correct one, which if it isn't then I have to go through all the hassle of proving to them why I need to return it.

I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Brakeryards and checking any associated suppliers like VAUXSPARES Ltd before placing an order. I bought a door from VAUX SPARED Ltd a month ago but it has never arrived yet any time I call them, they start making excuses while not providing any tracking id. Please Avoid VauxSpares and I would request BrakersYard to stop their services as they are very rude and unprofessionals.
