I recently picked up my new car from Roxburghe Cars on Saturday and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I was completely happy with the car before driving away. The customer service was excellent and you can really tell they care about making the experience special for their customers. I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and couldn’t recommend Roxburghe Cars highly enough. If you’re looking for a smooth, enjoyable car-buying experience, they’re definitely the place to go!

Just purchased a VW Caddy Maxi Life with Rox Cars and had a great overall experience with them. The car was in fantastic nick and had been well cleaned as well. Adam was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. I feel confident going forward with this car and have also invested in their 1 year warranty which has thorough coverage. I would recommend Rox Cars to anyone looking for quality cars at a good price!

I also initially had a 5 star review but had to change it due to rejecting a car from them. Rox Cars is hands down the worst, most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I honestly urge anyone reading this to steer clear. I bought a car from them recently which initially seemed fine, until a full inspection later identified a gearbox oil leak. Shortly afterwards, further suspension issues developed which left the car unsafe to drive. What followed was an absolute nightmare. The car ended up being recovered back to the dealership through the finance company after Rox Cars initially failed to arrange recovery themselves. From that point onwards, getting any form of update or clear communication became a complete struggle. The communication from Rox Cars was honestly shocking. I was constantly chasing updates myself and would regularly be left days without any correspondence from them. Most of the time I’d get one short vague email a day, if anything at all. Trying to get a straight answer out of anyone there became exhausting. There was basically zero transparency throughout the whole process. I was told the gearbox issue would need to go to a Renault main dealership for repair, but I had no idea whether Rox Cars had actually contacted Renault, whether an appointment had been booked, or how long I was realistically going to be left without the car. Every time I asked for a timeframe I’d just get vague answers with no real indication of when anything would actually be fixed. The courtesy car situation was another mess entirely. Despite multiple discussions about arranging one, nothing ever properly materialised and I ended up having to arrange a rental car out of my own pocket while still paying finance on a car I couldn’t even drive. After reading this, if I was you I genuinely wouldn’t trust Rox Cars with my money and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We bought a low mileage ex Motability WAV last year, although customer parking could have been better and nothing was fully prepped for sale, they did live up to their promises of replacing illegal tyres and a damaged mirror. Unfortunately, there was a nearside side door panel trim missing (seen in photo upon collection) which required spraying, they said it would take a month to be painted and it would be posted for fitting by a local bodyshop. It never arrived so the door is left with several mounting holes open to the elements and we're concerned about moisture ingress over the longer term. It's a shame otherwise they could rate a 4 or 5. Updated 25 June - I subsequently contacted their aftercare email who didn't get back to me, but after contacting a senior manager they promised to supply the missing trim and its now arrived, so I've amended the score to reflect this positive outcome.

Brilliant company to deal with, Keiran the advisor I spoke with was friendly, helpful and down to earth, no pushy sales just simply about making your own choice which I found refreshing. Buying the car from start to finish was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend each and every time.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I called and spoke to Keiran to make initial enquiries about a vehicle. He was extremely helpful. He accommodated a test drive the same day, where I was completely unable to find any fault with the car whatsoever. The whole sales process was straightforward and everything was clear and as described. Unfortunately, collection of the car was delayed, as a problem was found when Roxburghe were preparing the vehicle. I appreciated their thorough checks in making sure that the car was perfect. I've completed my purchase today and, once again, the whole sales team were courteous and friendly, so hard sales pitches for insurance (although these products were offered if wanted). Excellent experience overall. Keiran has been brilliant throughout.
