I have just had a sofa and chair set from CJC.. I am delighted. The quality of their furniture is amazing and at a really good price too. I must also say their level of customer service is impeccable, I have never before had such exceptional help before. The manager, David spent so much time and effort finding me my perfect set . He worked extremely hard in a considerate manner and I am very grateful. I would recommend this company to everyone. Go in, take a look, take a seat....you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t be happier with my sofa. The quality and comfort exceeded my expectations, and it fits perfectly in my space. What really stood out was the customer service—truly amazing from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly and professionally. All-around a fantastic experience, and I would 100% recommend this company.

We ordered the Denver sofa in graphite – it’s amazing! We saw it in the showroom and then ordered it with home delivery. The delivery was very fast – just one week. The sofa is excellent quality, very comfortable, and has a beautiful, modern design (decorative pillows are not included). It has a wide seat, which makes it comfortable for both sitting and lying down, and adjustable headrests, which are super convenient. Another great feature is the long adjustable headrest on the left/right side, which lets you easily position the sofa, for example, toward the TV. We were assisted by Mr. Dawid – very professional and friendly service. We received all the necessary information, and we’ll definitely shop here again in the future!

Really disheartened to see that the flat pack furniture is not labelled, so unfortunately you will need to pay extra for the fitting! Also there were footprints all over the cupboard and a broken door mirror. Which was sad, as the quality of the furniture is actually really solid and we purchased it at a good price. At first, the staff did not handle our complaint well and kept rudely talking over us, shouting, and cutting the phone! However the manager came out personally to deliver the new door and to apologise, which we really appreciated, and he assured us he will speak to his staff and the supplier regarding the lack of labelling and handling (broken mirror).

The staff were so kind & friendly & patient and answered all our sofa related questions. Different payment options were giving to us & we placed an order :) We’re so looking forward to our new sofa. Me and my family have been using CJC for many years now, and we are absolutely happy with all of our purchases—sofas, beds, mattresses, dining sets, TV units, wardrobes, and ceiling lights. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality is superb. The customer service is excellent; they are always happy to assist with any inquiries. Nice furniture, sofas, wardrobes... very long waiting time for some of the furniture, for example beds... very nice and professional service staff... unfortunately, the furniture is not only Polish (Polish furniture is famous for its good quality) 🙂🙃

I recently purchased a sofa for my new apartment from CJC Furniture and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free.
