I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to win a free Lennox furnace from Kern Heating and Cooling Co through a 'Heat For Hero's' giveaway for military veterans. I was selected as the lucky winner, and Kern was kind and generous enough to gift me a furnace to replace my 23 year old one. Thier team came and closely evaluated my home and its needs. The HVAC technicians they sent were professional, highly competent, friendly, and they worked very quickly. The quality of work was nothing short of near-perfect. It is clear to me that Kern takes good care of thier customers, sets a great first impression, and has very skilled technicians. I look forward to being a loyal customer to them for many years to come.
From Nick to Nestor and everyone involved with this whole install, I can't say enough positive things. Professional and personable all at the sane time, clean, informative, thorough and some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. Busted their butts on an ancient furnace to remove and install the whole works. After my old furnace "gave up the ghost", they were hard at work with the removal and install within 24 hours of my call to them. I will highly recommend KERN to anyone who needs the services they provide. Top of the hill for sure!
Today we had our furnace and ac unit installed from start to finish all involved were Great, Angel who came out to diagnose our unit knowledgeable and answered all our questions and honest about 0ur options. Jeff who sent Nick out who helped us tremendously pricing our units very detailed on what to expect from the packages that were offered. Sergio, and Gustavo who worked tirelessly to install everything making sure all was connected properly they spent hours did not leave until we were explained about our new unit the how's do's and don'ts of our new units.They never complained not once, answered all our questions, if you need advice a new unit Kerns is the way to go you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much everyone.
I called on a day when the temperature was above 90%. I was told that Manny a technician would be out the same day between 6 pm and 8 pm. He was actually at my home (with notification) at 5 pm (5 hours after my call). Manny quickly assessed the situation and after 45 minutes my AC unit was up and running. I understand it’s a busy time for them, yet Manny didn’t rush, explained things thoroughly as I watched, and was very polite and professional. My family and I are truly grateful. Thank you!
Angel, was incredible! Very knowledgeable, explained everything to us, and fixed the issue! He could have been dishonest, but, he wasn’t! It was the breaker , simple and easy! He was completely honest! He also explained how our furnace wasn’t meant for this size home. But, assured us we will be safe, and it is completely fine! I highly recommend Kern, I personally would like Angel to do our maintenance!
We called and spoke to the office person which was very polite and helpful and got someone out to our house to look at the issue we were having with our furnace and air conditioner, the technician came out his name was Louis and was great very helpful and knowledgeable.
We after going over options ended up getting a new furnace the salesman came out that night and was great very helpful and was great to deal with I believe his name was Dan, we got a good price and they 2 installation men were at the house the next morning and got everything installed and did a great job!
I would not recommend another company besides Kern! 5 Stars for sure.
We had a really bad experience with another local company who installed our system. After fighting them through several warranty replacements, we finally gave up and started getting recommendations from friends. Kern has been night and day different and it's been a great experience so far. The protection plan has worked out well for us and our troublesome system and the two techs we've worked with have been stellar. Erick and Waldo have been skilled, communicative, responsive, and patient with us. They work fast and efficiently and are more than fair with service charges. Big props to them. I recommend Kern and to ask for them by name.
Everyone at Kern was very nice and answered all our questions and gave thorough explanations. Our system was very old and needed to be gutted out and completely replaced. The guarantee and warranty on the products and service is also excellent, and we were able to get work done the next day. We’re very happy with the work and service and everyone that helped us.
