The Taco Project

Nice Staff! Only great people work there. The atmosphere is Latino and we loved it. We went for a late lunch and almost all tables where filled. It has a great reputation, the food variety is good and price reasonable. The only thing they should fix is the paper under the nachos. When I was done eating the paper, I felt it in my mouth for an hour! (Who knows if my poop will come out wrapped?)

The food was delicious and well prepared, but what really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the service Imani and Mannymatched that energy—smooth, respectful, and unhurried. A great place to enjoy a quiet meal.

Whenever I’m in town this is my go-to spot for authentic Latin food. I got the steak bowl, add guacamole, no queso and it was perfectly well balanced. I will definitely be returning again and again…. and again.

The food and drink are consistently tasty (we come here a lot!), but what I am most struck by is the genuinely friendly service. The staff here are the best! One employee overheard that it was my son’s birthday and the staff surprised him with a dessert and a happy birthday song! While we’re really touched by this gesture, even before this, there are so many small instances of the staff being so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Armani was a great hostess! I love her customer service! She was attentive in all the best ways to make your dining experience better. I definitely will be coming back!

The food here was very interesting but I enjoyed it for the most part. Real Mexican inspired cuisine, far from a traditional take to it. Would I come back here debatable ? Just because Mexican food is my favorite and the traditional is always my favorite take! But is it a good establishment you should try out ? 100% I was really impressed with the drinks (which were really good) and their blend of Mexican fusion food.

From the moment you step outside, the outdoor seating area sets the tone for a lovely dining experience - the umbrella-shaded tables and spring-inspired vibes are perfect for a casual meal. The staff's warm welcome and the spotless interior only add to the charm, giving off a fresh and modern feel. The food arrived promptly, and I was blown away by the flavor and presentation. I ordered the steak taco bowl, a familiar favorite from my previous visits to other locations. What impressed me was how this location elevated the dish - the steak tasted better than ever, and the garnishes added a nice touch. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this Taco Project location. The consistency and quality of the food, combined with the welcoming atmosphere, make it a must-visit.

The Taco Project is a small Mexican restaurant that offers delicious food and drinks. We tried the pineapple margarita and chicken quesadillas—both were prepared really well. There’s limited indoor seating, but people rotate quickly, and they also have outdoor seating. The place was busy with lots of takeout orders, but the food and service were both very good and attentive. Definitely a great spot to check out!
