I’ve been here 10+ times, and the front desk worker is always nice and helpful. But Friday and Saturday nights aren’t good—some older staff seem under the influence, which makes the place feel unprofessional and distracting. Definitely hurts the experience.
The establishment offers a classic aesthetic, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and is supported by an exceptional team and personnel.
This place needs an upgrade. Their prices have gone up. I remember it being cheaper in the past. Games are per hour, once you pay the hour begins, never mind how long it takes to put your shoes on or how long it takes one of the employees to fix the knocked over pins from the previous game. Not ideal if you’re coming here with kids. By the time you get their shoes on and yours 30 minutes have already gone by. I wish the person at the register would of made that clear instead of being rude. We ordered chicken tender, fries, chicken wings and mozzarella sticks. Food was okay.
Good old fashioned alley! Plenty of League bowling. Very welcoming atmosphere. Pricing is not as bad as some. Pro Shop on premises!
Nice traditional bowling alley. Not crowded. The employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Decent prices, great time for children. They have a snack bar for a quick nibble. The establishment is very clean. The front desk staff member, the older woman, would skip other paying customers for league members or lifers. So, depending on what side of the equation you're on, it could be a good thing, but than again....... 4 stars for the bowling experience. Customer Service could be better.
Went on a Saturday and had a great time with the family. We paid 7 per person to bowl and $4.00 per person to bowl. A bucket of 5 Coronas is $22.00. There are are arcade games, a bar and food available to buy. Parking is available. A few downsides: bathroom is down stairs and no elevator, which may affect people with disabilities. Cash only place. And place could have used a bit more cleaning.
Friendly and old school. They love our kids. Best bowling alley in Westchester.
