I’ve been watching Mikey pipes for quite some time. I recently have decided to go out on my own and run my own HVAC and plumbing company. I’ve called him a couple of times and he has offered great business wisdom/ advice. I 100% recommend him to anybody who needs HVAC & plumbing, but also to anyone that is wanting to scale their business organically.

No question about it, the Pipe Doctor is the only call I’ll ever make again if I have a problem or need service for my ductless AC system. The guy you see on YouTube is the guy you get. Knowledgeable, thorough and a master at his craft. Mike explained everything he was doing along the way, left us with some best practices to help maximize the life of our equipment while at the same time preventing the need for service earlier than normal timelines. No more waiting until the tech gets there to figure out the price for us. The Pipe Doctor tells you what your costs will be before you even book the appointment. Try that with some of the other big companies…no chance. He arrived 10 mins early, worked super clean, and his price was just about half of my previous company’s quote. Thanks Mike, I hope not to need you soon, but you’re the one I’m calling when the time comes!

We had a great experience working with Mike and his team. We met with many different companies and Mike came over and he came prepared and was very direct on the options we had for our home. He knows what he is talking about and we felt comfortable with him. He also knew the rebates and helped us through the PSEG process. He kept us updated through the process and when it was the day of installation his team was on time, did the work with no issues and worked very efficiently. When I called Mike to address my through the roof heating bills he came out to see the job literally in 10 minutes. Next week he was here with his team and I had the system installed in less than 4 hours. They answered all my questions (and i had a lot of them 😝), were professional, and courteous. Daniel came a couple of weeks later to add a return duct. With something as intricate and important as hvac you should only trust people who test their work and take ownership, something you get with The Pipe Doctor. Great service!! My service rep James was amazing, he diagnosed the situation and explained the process the whole way through. We had 2 leaky radiators in my mother's home in queens which was causing damage when the heat was on. Im thankful we made the call to Pipe Doctors, would 100% recommend them.

PIPE DOCTOR IS THE BEST!!! PSEG did some work in our area and somehow messed with the office Air Conditioning. We brought in so many people and everyone told us it would cost upwards of 20k - meanwhile pipe doctor came in on day 3 and fixed it within an hour for 430$!! They are so knowledgeable at what they do its beyond incredible!!!
