UPDATE: Spent thousands of dollars on my cat. After all was said and done, we were supposed to come back in for a check up. I got extremely sick and they told me I can reschedule his visit. Called today to finally reschedule and they claim “it’s been too long” and I have to pay again for the visit. Highly disappointed but doesn’t surprise me because every time I visited they kept adding more and more “fees”. While they did save my cat (even though they tried hard to talk me into putting him down), they’ve lost my business at this point. I spent thousands and you can’t honor the simple check up that many of you said comes with what I have already paid for and agreed I can reschedule??? Nope! Too many red flags now. ———— They truly brought our kitty back to life—we are FURever grateful for their quick and compassionate care. After returning from a 9-day vacation, one of our cats was in very poor condition after staying with a new pet sitter. We believe he may not have been properly cared for during that time and super dehydrated. Needless to say, we will not be using that pet sitter service again. We were referred here by several people on Facebook, and from the moment we arrived, the team acted immediately. They admitted him right away and began treatment without delay and was upfront about the entire process (esp with how bad he was). He spent several days on IV fluids and receiving intensive care, and thanks to them, he is now doing MUCH better. We may still be facing surgery later this week if he doesn’t fully recover, but we are incredibly hopeful. We are beyond thankful to Dr. Glass, Orange, and the entire team—Emilee, Mark, Katlyn, Crystal, and the amazing receptionist, Lee. Their dedication, urgency, and compassion made all the difference, especially during a time when we truly didn’t think he would make it. Because of them, both of our kitties are alive and well. We can’t thank you enough. ❤️

My dog is 15 years old and has been coming to paw haven going on 6 years now and they have done so much for him, down to regular check ups to surgeries. I have always walked out feeling relieved. I want to shoutout Aubree, one of their vet techs. Since she first met my dog she was extremely kind, personable and her energy felt genuine, I immediately I knew my dog was in safe hands. She has always made our experiences better in the way that she comforted my dog, was super knowledgeable regarding my questions and just helpful all around! I am so glad that paw haven has the pleasure of having a vet tech who is able to do her job exceptionally well and for that she deserves this recognition, thank you Aubree for everything!!

I was looking for a place to take my dog (Jade) to get her checked out because she was itching a lot, but I was referred to this place by my neighbor. I was nervous at first coming in for my first appointment, but the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They are well informed and educate customers on your dogs needs. Ever since the first visit, Jade has been doing much better and has little to no itching. Her paws were bright pink before and now they are white with no missing patches of fur. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is unsure of where to get their dog or cats checked out.

The staff and doctors are amazing with my little peanut. She can be a handful with nail cutting and they have her for 60 seconds and return her with trimmed nails. They amaze me every time. The doctors offer many options when you have an issue and take time to make sure you understand. The staff are very professional and kind and really seem to love my little one.

The moment we stepped in ... with our Frenchie, Snoozy ... The staff at the front desk welcomed us and let us know that we would soon be taken care of (there was a customer before us checking in). We were pleased to find Paw Haven to be very clean and to have a friendly atmosphere. Mark was our Tech and Dr. Sutton examined Snoozy giving her a complete check-up and administering shots. They both were very caring and professional in handling Snoozy (and us) : ) We have already recommened Paw Haven Animal Hospital Winter Haven to Family & Friends!

On 6/23/26 I went to Paw Haven to get a 2nd opinion about my dog's lip warts. Dr. Caleb Sutton listened to my concerns about sedation and found a solution that didn't involve sedation or pain for my dog. I can get caring and warmth from any vet, what I found at this vet was a willingness to address my concerns and my dog's comfort through research and good medical practice. I'm changing all of my dogs to this practice, they deserve good medical practices as well as ethical diligence. Thank you for helping Moto!

Great customer service. The doctor and nurse and staff were all kind and attentive. I brought my 12 year old shi zu and my 4 year old cat. The visit was straight forward and I knew of all the fees ahead of time. No surprises.

Dr. Sutton is very knowledgeable and professional. Our male cat Rascal has been seen by him since March and had his neuter with no problems post surgery. Very affordable prices compared to all other animal hospitals in the area. Staff very friendly also, would recommend this practice, conveniently located also.
