Hoshi Japanese Steakhouse and Asian Fusion

I have eaten here before in the past, but all of those times pale in comparison to tonight. Everything was fantastic. Budi is a great chef, and everything he made was delicious. If you have the pleasure of trying his cooking, consider yourself blessed. Rendy was an exceptional waiter and very polite. He was the coolest waiter I’ve ever had. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone interested in impeccable service and good hibachi.

Was passing thru on our way home and ordered takeout. We ordered some Spring Rolls and a Spicy Tuna Roll as appetizers. For entrees, we ordered Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken. The food was amazing. We’ll definitely order from here again if we’re passing thru again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent Asian cuisine.

This may be the most enjoyable place to eat in all of Wichita Falls. The atmosphere is so inviting, peaceful, and looks really nice. It’s quite surprising given how unsuspecting the outside is, but it’s a good surprise. They do lots of really good specials/sales and the prices are very reasonable. The food was excellent, my favorite sushi in Wichita Falls now. We haven’t been for hibachi yet, but the hibachi area looks a lot less crowded and chaotic than other places.

Some of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. The Tiffany Roll is like a California roll, very full of flavor. The Crab Rangoon tasted fresh, and quality is better than anywhere I’ve eaten at back home in Missouri. Service was top notch as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. If you’re in Wichita Falls, you have to come here.

We have been here several times since they opened and it is always very well lit and exceptionally clean. The service is everything you could wish it to be without being overbearing, and the food has always been top-tier. We eat at a variety of restaurants, including other Thai restaurants and Chinese food restaurants, as well as Japanese food restaurants and this one remains one of our go-to favorites. We have never had an issue with anything here, but if we had I feel like they would corrected immediately because we have always been checked on by someone that I assume is a manager who comes around and asks how are food was and how our service was. We noticed on this visit that they have upgraded their menu even more to include several other flavors, and they've expanded their already extensive menu. We did get a pina colada this visit and, as a former bartender, I can tell you it is one of the most flavorful ones that I have had in a long time. I highly recommend a visit here if you are in the mood for some sushi or other excellent Oriental food.

The basil duck was the best duck dish I have ever had. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff was very friendly. I wish I lived in the area so I could visit more often.

This was my first time trying them out and to say I was disappointed is an extreme understatement. I placed an order to go I ordered coconut shrimp and was given regular fried shrimp with raw coconut shreds thrown in the box. Since I didn't dine in I can't say much about the service or atmosphere but it will be awhile before trying them again.

Fantastic restaurant, I've been here several times they have some incredible specials every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Food is well prepared and the atmosphere is very nice. You can have a very nice dining or lunch experience on a budget if you're in the mood for some Japanese/Thai cuisine .
