Michigan Park

Playground and grass are well kept and beautiful, only thing that sucks is the (lack of) upkeep of the restrooms. They do not carry any soap and the stalls are scary ugly. The restrooms do not match the beauty of this park. 😢

Golly everyone knows and loves Michigan Park in the City Of Whittier, CA. I myself have had 4 generations Myself & Sister Family Aunts & Uncles Celebrate many a Birthday party's, and just past times through the years of seasons. Besides our children, grandchildren, great & great great grandchildren. So what more can I add? Ahh,☝️ it's always been clean & well kept. Spaceous w/ plenty parking. The children love it. Has BBQ grills, many benches for parties of all sorts. The children love the playground & the squirrels🐿️ in the trees☺️👍Great just thinking place, peaceful, spaceous. Open all year round. 🫵& Family will love too. It grows on you. Maybe we will all meet up there someday crossing paths. Never know☺️👍🤷❤️❤️❤️🤸⛹️🚴🚶

Large park. Parking lot gets full on weekends. There is workout equipment. Two playgrounds for both little kids and bigger kids. There are picnic tables and bbq pits. It gets packed with parties in thr warm months. Large open space. There's also a baseball diamond. Lots of shady areas from the large trees. The bathrooms are ok, sometimes don't have toilet paper. But a great place for a picnic or for the kids to run around

Perfect family park no basketball courts though. But they do got 2 baseball fields. And two separate playgrounds one for the little kids so they can be locked up like a big playpen 🤣

This park is big, you can take your kids for a walk and it also has playground areas.

Nice atmosphere... Maybe should be cleaned more often with better bathroom maintenance.

I love the Michigan Park that's named after the street where I used to come with the community group playing fun games and eating BBQ meals with hot dogs and hamburgers. It's nice and lots of fun!

One of the best parks in Whittier. Family oriented and great for all ages. Bring you whole cooking setup and invite all your friends for a day of good times in the park.
