I was really satisfied with the service from Amazon Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. Dillon did an excellent job from start to finish. He contacted me before arriving and followed up after the work was done, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was his honesty. He didn’t charge me for something that didn’t actually need work, which not everyone would do. He took the time to give me a thorough explanation of what he did and reassured me that my air ducts and HVAC system are in great condition.

I needed a chimney cleaning ASAP as the smell of soot was driving me crazy. I called at 9am, they scheduled me for a 1-3pm timeslot same-day and Dillon called to check to see if he could come early, which was perfect. By 12pm my chimney was good as new! Super nice guy, very professional and polite and it was the easiest and quickest booking.
Terry did such an amazing job cleaning my ducts and vents. He was dilligent and meticulous, leaving my vents nicely cleaned and left no mess to clean. Easy! Amazon Air ducts quoted a price for my flatter vent cleaning (lowest of the several I checked), set up an appt same week, came and got the job done. Worker was polite and efficient. If I had known how easy this was, I would have had it done a long time ago. This company was terrific! Highly recommend
Dillon is a first rate guy. You cannot fake caring and he cares about his customers. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job is done right and to make sure the client is happy. That stuff you just cannot teach. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough. Technician did a very thorough job. He went through every vent. Duct is sparkling clean now. He cleaned a up after the work was done too. I think the price is very fair for this level of services
