Our technician was great! His name is Ty Hultquist. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He also left the place spotless and clean after his work.
He even put on his foot booties every time he came in and out of the house.
It was a little more than I wanted to spend initially so he worked with me to get where I was comfortable even with the water heater having a few things needed to bring up to code.
Overall Ty did a great job and I would highly recommend him for any water heater replacement or other work!

Plumber was quick and very professional. He unclogged a toilet and pulled the toilet so new flooring could be laid. He took care to do a neat and tidy job. He cleaned up after himself and made sure the toilet would be ready to be reset. Would definitely hire again.
