The other day i was having issues with reaching anyone at another law firm that i had already retained so i reached out to ascent law via their website and within the hour Wesleys was on the phone with me and ready to help. He suggested i try once more because the other firm he is said was reputable and if i still couldn't get ahold of them he would be happy to help me. I gave him a run down of my situation and he explained what the realistic timeline would be and the steps necessary to get things back on track. He could have easily snagged my business cause i was panicking since im in a short time frame but he didnt.
