Great dealership with friendly sales people and great prices on cars. One thing to be aware of for this dealership, is most if not all cars have been in some kind of accident and have been repaired. The old saying " it's too good to be true " really applies at this dealership. If it has super low miles and it's very cheap, more than likely it has been in a massive or major accident and been repaired. There are cars here with minor damage that's been replaced all the way up to salvage titles. So if you find a car that you like make sure they give you the Carfax for that car before you even test drive it. Because nine times out of 10, the car has been in a major accident. Other than that this is a really good dealership especially if you are looking for a car at a reasonable price. Just beware of the damage that has been done to most of the cars. I will still buy here because the prices are great and the cars are clean.

Had been looking for some time for a first car for our new driver. Found this '21 Jeep Renegade through a Cars.com search and reached out. George responded in short order and answered several questions before I travelled to the dealership. They had two models ready to test drive and compare. After looking over both, and making our decision - we settled on a price - and the deal was done. The team was polite, patient, courteous, and engaging. I was Looking for the 2024 Chevy Malibu. I found the cars and cars.com. When I arrive at West Chicago out to the mall. They parked the car of the front of the building for me. The car was in the great condition. One of the best I see that day. My salesman. Mr. S was really nice. They did not pressure me. I test of the car. I really like it. Sebastian, the manager, also made sure everything went smoothly and helped make the whole process feel simple and stress-free. George was a very pleasant and very knowledgeable. As we were getting things copied he came in and asked my Mother In Law if she knew Santa Bob he was my Father In Law he asked cause my Father In Law went to his house and did the Santa thing for his daughter. This is a small world so that was a very special moment for all of us cause we lost our Father In Law 4years ago. So thank you George for everything that you did for us and for being so caring.
