Updates after the service: I wished that I could mark this review as a 6-star one!!!! I haven't had them start the work yet, but I've already seen their expertise. Logan provided a thorough, honest, and reasonably priced assessment and estimate. I compared his recommendations with both Gemini and ChatGPT, and they aligned well, which reinforced my confidence in his transparency and professionalism. I'm planning to hire them for this initial plumbing job and expect to use them for many future plumbing projects as well.

we had an amazing repair experience today in our basement fixing a broken pipe below the concrete slab which was leaking sewer gas. terrific crew came on a Saturday and did incredible job including the cleanup and an extra small item that was outside the scope of what we paid for. highly recommend and thanks for Google Gemini who recommended we contact them.

I reached out to the Scottish Plumber because of their strong reviews. But my experience has been far from that. I have had recurring basement flooding, and I am in the market for a flood control system. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and provide an estimate. No one showed up nor did anyone call. I called them to ask what happened. They came back saying the person came out but no one was home. Both my partner and I were home the entire time. And we have a doorbell camera, and no one arrived. Regardless, I agreed to reschedule the following week. Again, no one showed up nor did I receive a call. I had to call in again. This time they asked if I wanted to speak with the supervisor (Jack). I said yes and asked to have him call me last week. I received no call. I will move on to other options, but I am at a loss to understand how a company doesn't even seem to be aware they missed appointments, and don't make an attempt to rectify.

I am extremely satisfied with The Scottish Plumber. They were the only plumber of the 5 who came to my house to find the cause of our problem. They took on a serious project and did an excellent job of it. The workers were polite, very clean and they communicated all the steps very clearly.

Elliot is a thorough, professional, and proactive plumber. He went above and beyond while he was at our home, found the core issue after detailed troubleshooting, and made sure our pump worked properly. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything worked as it should. After calling 4 plumbers and getting ghosted (not sure why), it was a huge relief to speak with someone over the phone to schedule Elliot to come by and help us out. Scottish Plumber has an excellent system and brought a great plumber! Update: we had Carlos come to install a new back up sump pump and check valve and he was prompt, kind, and careful! We are so grateful for the team at Scottish plumbing.

I had a great experience with Jonathan. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and the quality of the work was excellent. Very professional, respectful of my home, and the price was fair. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The Scottish Plumbers were absolutely fantastic and they did a great job quickly responding to and addressing our pipe that burst from the cold!! Tom, Saul and Primo were all wonderful at helping, guiding us and completing the repairs timely and efficiently!
