We had the best experience at Crown Dodge! We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle and had no idea what to expect. As a single mother, I was purchasing my daughter’s very first car And I can’t give enough stars for our experience! Bryan Lopez was our salesman, he took great care of us. He was very honest, helpful attentive, he wasn’t pushy and he made our experience so much fun. Everyone we encountered there was very personable as well. We ended up buying a vehicle and we couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

What a great experience I had from the second I walked into this dealership. Long story short: I was greeted within 30 seconds upon entering, Simo showed me a vehicle that had everything I asked for. He was so down to earth it felt like I’d known him for years. I left wanting to sleep before making a big decision. Rick is great, best service adviser at Crown hands down. I take my vehicles there because of him. Period. I live in Moorpark and have two options that are much closer to my home. I drive all the way to Crown because of the service I receive from Rick.

This is how they returned my vehicle!! Unacceptable!! On top of that they want me to pay for a rental that we both agreed was free!!my invoice says free rental and yet they charge me ! I personally know a lot of people that got screwed over by crown and their whole team ! Someone has to be held accountable! I know my rights ! I’ll see them in court
