I cannot speak higher about the professionalism, communication, courtesy and end result that LA Carpet cleaning provided us. From the Initial phone call to their arrival today. Everything was communicated professionally through text or phone call. Once I scheduled with Gary, I received a text confirming the time and day. In addition before their arrival today, I received another text, confirming what time he would be here with directions to make sure that there was a parking space for them. Emiliano show showed up and got right to work !! When he opened up the van I was blown away by the equipment they use !! WOWWW I’ve never seen anything more Professional , clean and organized in my life inside a carpet cleaning van. The photos I provided are before the carpet cleaning. I will add further photos after the carpet has dried. As for their prices I feel it was worth every penny for the service and end result ! Our experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend their services. Their work was so great Our neighbor immediately decided to schedule for next week.

Richard Ledesma from LA Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my 20-year-old sofa (4 kids — lots of wear and tear) and 2 large area rugs in my home. Everything is still drying — otherwise I’d post more photos, but I am including one he took part way through (right side clean, left side pending). He took his time, explained his process and gave me options along the way. I’d highly recommend this service.

Justin, Emiliano, and Chloe were all so awesome! It was a bit difficult to get into my apt building but the guys were both very easygoing and efficient. I asked them a few cleaning questions while they were here and they went above and beyond with their input/advice. I don’t have a before photo but they did a great job- couch and rug look brand new. Very fast and affordable service- will definitely reccomend to others!

Richard was professional and friendly. He explained the process and the pricing clearly, answered all our questions, and did a thorough job on an old sofa. It looks great. He was also very accommodating of the challenging street parking situation, adjusting to satisfy all neighbors in our apartment building.

Justin was so personable and insanely knowledgeable. Took out 7 years of staining to make my white sofa look brand new! Would hands down recommend them to anyone and everyone!
