Bellagio Express Car Wash

Randomly passed by and decided to give a try. I drove by so many times but never noticed there’s a plastic model holding a “Car Wash” sign in front of their gate. 😆 It was so easy and fast. And I love the price for sure! I picked $8 package and used their free vacuum afterwards. Would definitely go back!

Stopped in for a quick wash after the gym. The wash is okay, still had to do a lot of drying and it missed a few spots. For the price I would rather spend an additional $10 and have it hand washed in studio city. I went in super early around 7:15 am so was not busy. Does have a large vacuum area compared to other express wash locations. Overall, it was good but not something I would consider for a monthly pass.

Brought a Groupon with full Synthetic oil change & car wash. Their platinum VIP wash was good. You get different type soaps with all the colors But for $13 nothing special to be honest. Overall I think their service is good. Good car wash.

This was the best experience I ever had getting an oil change and car wash. Super quick, AMAZING PRICES, and the best massage chairs while you wait. Will definitely be coming back.

I would go one or twice a week. I had to cancel my subscription because it was scratching my left front rim from when I pulled in. There was black junk on it but one I cleaned it up there was damage to it. I went to let the manager about my rim. He didn’t care and went straight to the office to cancel my subscription with no regard of my complaint, he just said “it’s fine it will come off” when there’s clearly damage. And the tire shine they use would splatter all on the side once I started driving. But if it wasn’t for those things I would have still kept going.

Description of complaint: I went in for a car wash and came out with a crack and scuffs on my rear window and side windows. I noticed the crack and reached out to one of the employees outside the oil change shop, he said his name is Michael and when I was describing the situation, he was hesitant and would not let me speak, automatically stating that he was once a windshield repair man and knew that I had a previous impact on my windshield, that further cracked by going into the car wash. I was upset trying to understand the logic behind this and also, taken back by the lack of clarity in his part. I asked to confirm that he had never experienced cracked or damaged vehicles while working at the carwash and stated he never, unless they were previously cracked and then remembered an incident when the machine malfunctioned and fell on a vehicle. He went on to point out how no other cars but, mine were damaged within that time pan, and I told him I couldn’t verify that since, all I knew and was aware of was, my car and how it was not damaged in anyway (either a crack on the windshield or scuffs on the rest of my windows). In the middle of my complaint, another customer approached with a different complaint in which Michael was beyond condescending. He asked me to look out all his other incidents and that I would be shock to find none. I mentioned that perhaps people weren’t reporting these for legal matter or afraid of the repercussions. I implore that an investigation is conducted ASAP, this equipment is faulty and is in fact causing damage on personal property.

This express car wash has some of the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Managers are never around when you actually need them, and when you finally do find one, they come in with an attitude and get mad for no apparent reason. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, managers don’t even wear name tags. You literally have to hunt down a regular employee who actually has their name on their shirt just to ask who the manager is. That alone says a lot about how poorly this place is run, customer service is basically nonexistent here. Instead of helping customers, management acts defensive and annoyed. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
