New dog mom. My Baby Bentley is a very active 4 month old puppy and he had bacteria in his ears. I’m sure driving him crazy. After trying home remedies I gave in and decided to try Urgent Vet. Heather was phenomenal. I felt as if I left Bentley with my friend. She attended to Bentley and calmed my nerves and answered every question I had. The Veterinarian was very sweet and kind. Them as a team soften my heart and made me very happy I made that choice. Everything that was done helped my baby Bentley tremendously. Thank you both!

This is my second visit there and both times they have been absolutely amazing. I have the sweetest cat in the world and they treat her like a queen. They are also good to the parents of the two-legged children. Very attentive to any questions you have or any concerns you have. They don't run unnecessary tests or give you anything as far as medications that are unnecessary either. I highly recommend them. Also overall I'm going to say they are less expensive than if you take them to your regular veterinarian.

We all know meeting under these circumstances no matter the emergency it’s difficult. We just want to take the time to thank Kat our vet tech that was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and genuinely kind and empathetic. People like her are rare and we are very happy that we were able to be around her energy through one of our toughest days. Dr. Dani was so very kind and empathetic she took her time and explaining the situation we were faced with and made sure we didn’t leave without having any questions. Although unexpected, our sweet boy Mister lived a great life and his final days he was embraced with love, even from strangers. Thank you all so much.

Had to take my son's one year old cat in because his eye was cloudy and swollen. Thankfully nothing serious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Davilla was especially friendly and explained every step and decision. Hopefully we never need them again, but if we do, would definitely feel comfortable taking my pet to see them.

I highly recommend Urgent Vet! Our dog stepped on a very sharp object and sliced his paw between the toes—such a tough spot to treat. It happened late in the evening, and we couldn’t get him to his primary vet, so we brought him here. The staff could not have been more kind and caring. The facility was spotless, and check-in was quick and easy using their kiosk. The after-surgery care truly went above and beyond. We’re so grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism they showed during a stressful situation. If you want, I can tailor it for Google reviews, Yelp, or make it shorter/more punchy.

Honestly, i found this vet in sort of a panic and i came right before they were closing but when i tell you these people saved my day. Truly a pleasant experience and the way they loved on my baby made me much more at ease. Thank you guys for the impromptu visit, for staying after close, and for ensuring my sweet dante was okay♥️♥️

When our elderly dog took a severe turn for the worst on a holiday we were very stressed about finding end-of-life care so he could be at peace. Thankfully UrgentVet Brandon was open, and the online time slot reservation and online registration allowed us to go straight to a private and comfortable room upon arrival. Vet tech Nina and veterinarian Dr. Chaney explained every step and were patient, kind, and compassionate. We are appreciative of the wonderful care we received on a hard day.

My 15 year old kitten was having some issues controlling her back end. Brought her in at 1801, was seen by Dr. Chaney (Swole Natalie Portman) and Sam (great taste in music and 90s fashion.) My princess was treated like a queen, got some tests done, and sent home with the meds she needs.
