I had a great experience with Darius Burley, the maintenance technician from Tricon Residential. He replaced the ice maker in my refrigerator quickly and professionally. Darius arrived on time, was courteous and respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before he left. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would be happy to have him assist with any future maintenance needs. Thank you, Darius, for a job well done!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Ryan Miller and Elizabeth Molina at Tricon Residential for making this process such a smooth and positive experience for me and my family. Moving is stressful, especially after everything we’ve been through, but they truly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. We came from a rental company that honestly made us feel like tenants didn’t matter, so experiencing kindness, communication, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout this process has truly been a breath of fresh air. The home is beautiful, and any questions or concerns I had were listened to and handled with care. I really appreciated how responsive and understanding they both were throughout the entire process. Ryan was absolutely amazing during the welcome inspection. He walked me through everything, made sure I understood how things worked, showed me where everything was, and just made me feel welcomed and at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does. Elizabeth was also wonderful and so helpful throughout the process. She was kind, professional, and made me feel heard anytime I reached out. So far, I truly love Tricon and I’m really happy with my experience. Thank you both again for helping make this transition easier for my family and me. It honestly means more than you probably realize.

Jasmine was great and very helpful with helping my family transfer from South Carolina to Florida. Always returned my calls and answered every question that was asked. Very patient and her work ethic was wonderful. She took away a lot of stress on moving. Thanks again Jasmine for all your help and patience.

Eric F. did an outstanding job! He came out to fix our toilet and quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything working perfectly again. Not only was his work professional and efficient, but his positive, uplifting attitude really stood out. He was friendly, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us. What impressed us even more was that he went above and beyond by taking the time to blow off our walkway with his leaf blower before leaving. That extra effort wasn’t expected, but it showed the pride he takes in his work and the level of customer service he provides. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent workmanship with such a great attitude. Calvin was absolutely outstanding during my home walkthrough. He went above and beyond by coming in early and proactively fixing all of the issues before I even had to ask. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was how patient and helpful he was—he took the time to explain maintenance tips, offered practical suggestions for caring for the home, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. His attention to detail and genuine pride in his work made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. If every walkthrough were handled the way Calvin handled mine, moving would be a dream. He is truly an asset, and I’m extremely grateful for his exceptional service.

Can't describe how BAD this company is when they give back security deposit. All these pictures shows how clean the house was WITH NO TRASH LEFT IN THE HOUSE. THEY KEPT 350.00 OUT FROM MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. FOR NOTHING THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. WARNING TO PEOPLE DONT RENT FROM TRICON RESIDENTIAL!!! IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD THAT IS HOW BAD THIS COMPANY. Im sure the original company Pathlight wouldn't have kept that amount of money when it was clean.

Manny Palanco is outstanding. He’s reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He responds quickly, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. He’s respectful of the home, works efficiently, and goes above and beyond to fix issues instead of cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and thorough. Highly recommend Manny for any maintenance needs!
