Becareful at this location when purchasimg. Advertising at this business made to trick the customers. Pricing on there billboard does not state you have to pay an additional 10.99 per chaperone but states 2 chaperone bracelets available with the purchase of VIP or Combo. That statement makes the consumer think you can get a chaperone bracelet if you purchase those bracelets. Alot of the games are older and takes your card tokens without working. Must be why they post a large No Refund sign all over the front. Would not recommend wasting your money at this establishment.

Funtasticks was a lot of fun! They have a lot of things to do here, including go karts, bumper boats, laser tag, mini golf, outdoor obstacle course, a splash pad, and an indoor arcade. They have a walk up bar inside and outside that includes food and drinks (alcoholic and non-). The price for the wristband was very reasonable. I paid ~$30 for a wristband that gives you all access for the day and included an arcade card with some credits. We ended up buying some more credits for the card to spend more time in the arcade. They also do parties and events. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is great. I organized a work event here with the help of Mina. The event was for employees and their families to come together and have fun. Mina was helpful and easy to communicate with, planning was very laid back. The corporate prices for wristbands were a steal and the guests all had a great time. This will definitely be an annual event at funtasticks. I highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience this a “water park” is misleading—it was nothing like what I expected, especially for the price. It was way too expensive for what was offered. Honestly, we could have had just as much fun at home. The tent that was assigned to my party was dirty and run down, and I had to ask to be moved. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t much better. If you don’t want to spend the entire time baking in the sun, be aware that there is very little shade. What made this even more frustrating is that no one mentioned they had indoor party options when I called to inquire and book. Had I known, I absolutely would have chosen that instead. The only positive part of the experience was the female manager and our party host. They were both kind, professional, and did everything they could to make the best of a disappointing situation. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It simply wasn’t worth the money, and the facilities did not match the price or the expectations that were set.

Took my boys, we had a great time!! Bumper boats and laser tag were the highlights. My 6 year kept going back for the frog hopper ride. Ok a Monday in December it was pretty empty in the early afternoon. We loved it.

Need to maintain/repair the mini golf park better! The video game area units were out of order. And would not accept the card with money loaded onto it. Nor would they give me a refund. So will not be playing those anymore.

My son wanted to visit the Cactus Springs attraction for his 6th birthday. Online it shows a fee of $21 with a $10 chaperone fee just to be able to go in this area with him otherwise I would have to stay outside of the gate which is a distance away (Lord forbid an accident). I had my almost 70 year old mom (who is still fabulous and spritely) with me who just had a procedure done on her toe a week ago. I explained to the cashier girl that i needed to be able to go in as well as my mom (2 chaperone passes) for this attraction. I ended up paying $46 with the explanation that we would be able to both go in with him. They sold me a park pass that I did not want and my mom was not able to go in. She had to sit outside by herself on one of the random tables. It was upsetting because she traveled 2 hours just to get into town and was not be able to watch him play. My older son and niece wanted to drive the go karts, but could not because they are under 18. We didn't even consider this beforehand. At other parks this is not an issue. They went to the arcade instead and said that most of the games are broken. We ordered 1 pizza, 1order of wings, 5 drinks, and 1 set of fries and that came out to over $70. My 6 year old had fun at the water attraction which is what matters because it was his day but the rest of the family was pretty bummed with the experience overall. Place is old but that wouldn't matter if the experience was better.

The games rip you off. They do not correctly tally your tickets by a long shot. My kid had easily won over 1000 tickets and the tally was less than 200. The staff tells us afterwards many of the games that tell you they give tickets, do not actually give tickets. There’s no signage that tells you that before you play. My kid was terribly disappointed. Staff is indignant about how bad they rip your kid off. ETA: I was going to change my review because I felt bad for knocking your business. But after this reply, you just confirmed my suspicion of how you run your business. With no empathy, but bash the customer. The staff just kept parroting that most of the games that reward you tickets don’t actually pay out and smirked like they knew the scam. But you don’t have any signage that explicitly states that on the games. So the kid sits there dropping money into a game thinking they’re getting rewarded, and come to find out your staff tells them to take a hike when they show up to cash in for a couple bucks worth of crappy rewards. Honestly, who cares about a couple of packs of bubble gum? That’s not the point. It’s the disappointment of the kid that’s the issue which you seem to think is ok. You’re right, I wasn’t thrilled, but I in no way yelled at your staff. They are all trained to stonewall you with the same B.S. line that many of the games don’t actually pay out. You’re literally stealing from kids. Great business model. Not to mention ⅓ of the games are broken. Your rides outside are in disrepair. Drinks are $9.
