Dr. Mellert and his team are excellent. Kind greeting and help with paperwork. Simple 1 page overview of process. His assistants checked on me often, were right by my side for comfort and questions. His process was fast and he watched quality steps. Thanks so much for helping me.

I am a total nervous Nelly when it comes to the Dentist, but I have heard nothing but good things about the place, so I went for a 2nd opinion. I spoke with Jackie to set up my appointment and she was very sweet in inspite of all the noise I had going on in the background. Their office was very comfortable , and I spoke with a gentleman in the waiting room and asked if they were good. He responded that he had been coming here for 29 years, and was always happy with the work. I was called in right away and xrays were done. I am an awful gagger, and when I told Penelope, she brought in "The button pusher"! (She listened!!) I didn't catch her name, but, she had several ideas to help me with the gagging, and they helped ALOT! Teamwork got my xrays done very quickly, with only 1 retake needed.(Not the norm for me) The Dentist, Dr Mellert listened to what I said, and went over my xrays with me before checking my teeth. (I like the double checking of what needed to be done) and I like that he told me about a possible different option before the exam, but after said that option was not the best option for me. He said that the other Dentist was right about the treatment option, BUT, he also gave me 2 other options. Which means everything! I will be returning here.

As soon as I walk into the office for my appointments, I am greeted with smiles and asked to have a seat. The entire staff are always positive, professional, enthusiastic, and entertaining, which is a great balance to have when dealing with patients who might be worried about having dental work performed on the mouth. Before beginning treatment, Doctor James Mellert asks how I’m doing and always confidently assures me that i will be ok. He gives explanations as to what’s going on in my mouth, why it happened, and what treatment needs to be performed to correct the issue. The quality of his work gives me the confidence to know that future appointments will be completed with the same care and precision. I always leave the office feeling satisfied that my dental care is being handled by a knowledgable and caring staff who perform great work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a lengthy appointment with Dr. Mellert today. As a previous dentist myself, I knew he was dealing with some obstacles, requiring extra time. It was reassuring that he devoted his time, expertise, and patience to get the best result possible. The support staff were great as well, doing their best to keep me comfortable and assist him so efficiently. A visit to Dr. Mellert’s office is always a pleasure (considering it’s a dental appointment 😊). The staff are so welcoming and the friendly professionalism outstanding.

Dr. Mellert and his staff were fantastic. I had a crown done and it was completely pain-free. Dr. Mellert has a very calm, reassuring manner and takes the time to clearly explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. The crown looks incredibly natural; you truly can't tell it's not my real tooth. The staff was kind and professional as well. Highly recommend!

I was referred here by a friend. He said it was the best dentist he’s ever been to and recommends it. And by my own experience I agree. The staff is friendly. And Dr Mellert is the best! He is very kind and informative of any questions you may have.

Dr Mellert and his staff are always so courteous and attentive. They make me feel comfortable and more like a member of the family rather than a source of money. Dr Mellert truly cares for his patients. When I had oral surgery, Dr Mellert even called me personally at home, after hours to check on me.

Everyone were so helpful, Happy Birthday Janice. Dr Houck was very informative about my teeth and choices. So glad my daughter shared her Dentist with. My daughter's name is Gina Abbott. My experience was Great. Thank you so much. 😁
