I have found my provider and all of the staff at Rick's to provide quality, reliable care and assistance. After dealing with extreme eczema for years that had gotten to the point of making my functioning a constant struggle, an effective trearment for the management of it was offered. I have also very much appreciated their kind, sensitive, and conscientious attitudes.

Everyone was so nice yet professional at the same time. They took their time with me and answered my questions. What I liked most was they didn’t feel the need For me too come back just to see how I was doing. That’s very important to me because we’re all very busy, and their feeling was if we could discuss it on the phone that would be enough unless I felt the need to come in.

Dylan Timmermann is a freaking rockstar at what he does! The man knows his stuff. Precise, to the point, willing to listen, provides options, thoughtful, incredibly intelligent with wide range of knowledge in his field. Was a real pleasure working with him and would highly recommend!

Rick’s Dermatology has a wonderful and knowledgeable staff from scheduling to nurses to the partners. Very friendly and thorough I have never felt rushed or made to feel that I was asking an unintelligent question. I highly recommend their offices for any and all dermatology needs.

This is the first time I had ever went to this office and my experience was great! Receptionist was friendly. So was the dermatologist and helping hands. My appointment was quick and efficient. Spent a total of 30 min and got clarity on the importance of my needs taken care of! I definitely recommend!

First visit…Jay was very friendly and took his time to explain what he was looking for, listened to my questions and concerns. I left with peace of mind, but know I have to get better with the sunscreen. Would highly recommend.
