My kids range from 3 years old to almost 12. All 4 of them had a blast for the whole 3 hours we were here. All of the climbing structures feel very secure. I climbed on several myself and never felt wobbly. The staff was kind an helpful. I am overall very impressed and will definitely be back.

I am sharing this to raise a serious safety concern about our recent visit to Fritz’s Adventure. My 12-year-old nephew suffered a significant head injury in one of the dark underground tunnels. Due to poor lighting and sharp, exposed wall edges, he struck his head and sustained a 10 cm long laceration on his scalp that required urgent medical treatment and staples. When we reported the incident, I was shocked by the staff's dismissive attitude. Although we eventually received a refund for our tickets, the staff acted as if this was a routine occurrence and showed very little concern for the seriousness of the injury. Even after we followed up regarding medical expenses, management refused to offer any assistance or acknowledge responsibility. When I asked whether incidents like this had happened before, a staff member told me that they had. If the facility was aware that this type of injury had occurred previously, the fact that no meaningful safety improvements have been made is deeply concerning. There appeared to be no plans to address the hazard by adding padding, improving lighting, or providing warning signs. Instead, the children were blamed for running. In a facility designed for children to play, safety should be a top priority. I am sharing this because I do not want another family to go through the same experience. Parents should be aware of these safety concerns and exercise extreme caution if they choose to visit.
This place is epic beyond words. We were there 4 hours and my kids didn't run out of things to do. Recommend the outdoor ziplining, it made for a memorable experience. Attention to every detail in the building, my husband is a welder and he was very impressed with the design.
Kids has absolute blast. I would recommend this for 6+. If kids are under six then accompany them as some of the areas are risky. It a great place for kids to burn energy and overcome their fears
Bought groupon tickets for Fritz for a big group of kiddos. We went in with the simple admission to see what they had to offer and the kids (around 8-12 years old) thouroghly enjoyed the tunnels, climbs, slides, and exploring the area. We didn't even get to the ropes course - something I'd like to try next time, since they were having so much fun running around. What I loved most was that there are paid massage chairs overlooking the adventure area for adults to sit and relax, if you wish to do so. It was a spacious big area indoors, with a small ropes section outside. Very loud as it is one room, but fun for all ages to try!
We recently spent more than five hours at Fritz’s Adventure with our group of five kids, ages 5 to 18, and had a fantastic time. As beginners, we found the orientation course especially helpful—it gave us the confidence and know-how to fully enjoy the tree top ziplines. From the moment we arrived, there was something fun for everyone. The kids loved exploring the tunnels and climbing obstacles, and the laser game kept the younger ones busy and moving. The ropes course and ziplining were big hits, offering enough challenge for the teens but still safe and doable for the youngest kids with a little help. The whole place was very clean, well-organized, and well-staffed, with a focus on safety and fun. Curtis stood out for being the friendliest and making sure our family had a great experience. He was so personable and welcoming. It wouldn't have been so memorable without Curtis making us feel so welcome. Thank you, Curtis! We appreciated that there were activities for all ages, so everyone felt included. The day went by quickly, and none of the kids wanted to leave when it was time to go. We plan to come back to Fritz’s Adventure for more family fun. I highly recommend it for active families who want a fun day out. The food was good, too—we enjoyed cheese-and-pepperoni pizzas and a smoothie.
Fritz was a lot of fun for the whole family. We spent 4 to 5 hours there too experience all of the different things they offered (except the outside zip line). Some of tall ropes or indoor zip lines look scary to the kids when you first see them, but they are not when you try them. You have a safety harness on the entire time.
Amazing place for kids!! Wish we’d had this growing up! We spent well over 4 hours here and they could have kept going! Our kids range from 3-8, and there’s something for all of them, but more limited for the three year-old. He’s not quite tall enough to do some of the climbing, so I wouldn’t recommend this for younger children/toddlers. The six and eight-year-olds had a blast, although the six-year-old is not tall enough to do the ropes course. Still plenty to do though! Underground tunnels are SO fun! Parents can fit down there and through most of the mazes, but it’s definitely a workout, and I gave up after a bit! Certain sections can also hurt your knees and be very tight, as an adult, if you’re having to climb through. Our 3 yr old could just run through standing up lol Thankfully, this place seems very safe and if your kids are sure-footed, they shouldn’t have any problems! Love that you can come and go during the day. We took that opportunity to go have a healthier lunch than the food options they offer. That was also a nice forced-rest! :) Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!
