Spinato's Pizzeria and Family Kitchen

Overall really good. Would go back. Pizza was great but the marinara sauce was too sweet for us. The ravioli with Alfredo sauce was really tasty and fresh. Really enjoyed our time there. Tip: Ask for well done pizza if you don’t want the base to be a little on the soft side.

We really enjoyed this great little pizza place! It was next door to our hotel and very convenient for an evening meal after a long day. They were a little busy for dinner and we had a 20 minute wait, but it was worth it. My biggest gripe was where they sat us, it was a dinner date, just my wife and I, but the put us at a shared bar table with other parties, and even squeezed a third party onto our table in the middle of us and the other couple already sitting at the table. That intruded onto our nice date. Other than that, I was impressed with the food and service. We shared a family size dinner salad and added chicken which we almost completely finished. The presentation was much better than expected, the watermelon radishes really popped out and made this salad beautiful. We got the pomegranate cream dressing on the side and it was delicious. I’d totally recommend this salad to everyone. Then we each ordered personal pizza, my wife got the traditional margarita and I got the Veg Out with ham and cauliflower crust. Both were amazing and we enjoyed them very much. My wife also got a side of ranch dressing for her pizza and it was surprisingly tasty also. Overall great experience, just watch out for the hostess cramming too many people together on one table.

Enjoyed dinner at Spinato’s in Tempe on a busy Friday night. Our service from Shandelle was outstanding, very friendly and efficient from the kitchen. My pizza was delicious even though I’m not a fan of super thin crust. My dining partner had a sandwich packed with meat, veggies and a fresh side salad. Large selection of drinks and beers on tap to enjoy. Thank you to my neighbor Sharon, #SpinatosPI07 for the tasty recommendation. I’d make a reservation if you’re planning dinner, since the restaurant fills up fast, but has a large bar for drop in customers.

I was in town on business. I have a cousin who lives here, I live in Florida. We were meeting for dinner and she was suggesting a few of her favorites and she mentioned Italian. And that was my pick! She brought me to Spinato's! We sat out on the terrace. The weather was perfect. The automosphere was nice. The food was delicious. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo! Our waitress, Rachel was wonderful. She even assisted in our photo shoot and content! This place is gem! We even chatted with our guests around us after watching the theatrics! Lol!

Loved this place so much! The pizzas were incredible, so flavorful and tasty, light on the cheese and heavy on the flavor and freshness. The different sizes made ordering customizable which is always a win. The service was quick and waiters were super nice. Ambiance is 10/10, very calm and chic.

We stopped in after a recommendation from a friend for a late lunch. The employees at this location are great! The food is well below average. The sauce tastes like it comes from a jar, the marinara on the pizza is really sweet which is just a weird way to eat pizza. The pasta we ordered was bad all around and I sent it back which I never do. The atmosphere is very commercial feeling. The highlight was that every employee was amazing, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

Fantastic place, casual with great food! Staff is incredibly friendly. Their Calzones are awesome, my wife's favorite is the Mama's Signature with Sausage. While I was picking up my order the kitchen manager Lalo came out and talked to us, very nice guy, you can tell that his standard for quality is very high; even their kitchen staff is amazingly friendly. The pizza is delicious, their stuffed mushrooms are fantastic. One of our family favorites!

I'm from New York and I'm not really used to thin Pizza. So I asked for a thicker crust, it was still half the size that I expected, but you can't win them. All the food was amazing. The sauce was perfect. The toppings were perfect. The dough tasted really good.
