Little Free Library at Harveston Lake

Beautiful and a great community atmosphere. It's fairly safe for kids. I love knowing I can let my teens walk around the sidewalks and get some time outside. We saw turtles and ducks and just had a great time relaxing in nature. The landscaping is beautiful.

Beautiful lake to go for walks, relaxation, relieve stress, and nice play area for the kids. Air is nice and fresh, its soothing. Everyone there was friendly and smiled or greeted you when walking by them. My daughter made friends quickly. The lake has fishes and turtles along with variety size ducks. They have fishing rentals and paddle boats as well.

I used to bring my oldest son here 10 years ago. It was fantastic then and it's still fantastic now. Great area to walk, play at the park, rent boats or feed the ducks. My younger boys love it too!

Love this place! So quiet, beautiful & relaxing. Sweet neighbors, cute houses, so much to do. Would love for this cute little neighborhood to be where I retire! Love it here!! Definitely thinking of buying a house here!!

Pure joy. Peacefulness at its best. Early evening. Everywhere my eyes landed while scanning the lake depicted a story of wistful pleasure. Couple time, family time, quiet reading, new moms walking their babies, Dads getting the last hours of daylight with their kids, lakeside game night. Or... idling paddle boats, picnic dinner, ducks floating around near shore. Fountains spring from lake,a gazebo that's awaiting a SATURDAY WEDDING,a happenstance rainbow. All of this beauty and splendor is framed by adorable picturesque homes with seasonally decorated verrands, quaint furnishings a with rocking chairs or -2 - seat swings. Just can't say enough about my experience there. My guess it's each day has a different experience, each timed for greatest joy. Did I mention.. the variety of 4 legged friends to feast your eyes on while they wander aimlessly & happily with their owners? There's a definently a furry feast for a petless observers eyes!

My favorite place to take the kiddos! Perfect picnic places, landscaping is well kept, other families are so nice and polite and there are lots of beautiful turtles and ducks!

Very clean and pretty. We rented a large paddle boat and the people were very helpful, even giving us a cup of duck food. 30 min ride was perfect. Parking was fine, no problems at all!
