We come here every year when we visit Grannie. Kids love it. My 6 year old was so excited to come back this year. The school, train car and church are great for little imaginations. The trail and animals are lovely. We do the small tree to tree adventures and my kiddos love it. The staff was friendly and the ropes course staff made safety a priority. They really helped when my four year old slipped. No panic, just confirming everything is okay and encouraging him to get back up. Age range is great from babies to 16 year old. My 80 year old grandpa also comes regularly because he loves the trails.

Very fun place. I stopped in with my daughter after a field trip to the challenger learning center. They had an anima I’ve never seen before- a Binturong. They call it a BearCat but it is neither a bear nor a cat. I did the obstacle course with my daughter (8) - not the kiddy one but the full size one with zip lines. We stopped at the diner after and got a little snack because they stopped serving food a bit before we got in there. I will have to say every bit of staff here is incredible. Top notch employees. The guy in the gift shop - super helpful and sweet to my daughter, the lady at ticket counter - super sweet and informative. The lady at the cafe or really both were like customer service you’d find in a perfect world and our zip line guide was the BEST. He is AMAZING with kids, was so patient with my 8 year old. He was very encouraging and she almost demanded he come with us through the zip lines and obstacle course so he did! The way he was so helpful and knowledgeable of the park - amazing. His name is Noah and he’s going places! Big thank you to him for making our day (especially my daughters) days extra special.

We had a great experience at the Tallahassee Museum. The Tree to Tree Adventures were well run and a lot of fun, and the animal exhibits were thoughtfully designed—animals were easy to see throughout the visit. A standout moment was the chance to touch an armadillo, which made the experience especially memorable. The grounds were peaceful and relaxing. The food was good, though service was a bit slow. We also enjoyed the gift shop, particularly the on-site–made cane syrup. Overall, an engaging and enjoyable visit that we would happily recommend.

I went on a blissfully quiet Monday afternoon. There were very few animals that we could actually see but there were good sightings of gators, otters, wolves, deer. Beautiful Cyprus trees with amazing root structures. I really liked the school house, church and residence. Mainly I appreciated the peaceful non touristy atmosphere!

This place provided such a wonderful experience for me, my mom and little niece. Really nice landscapes and exhibits. It’s also part Zoo since they have a small selection of animals for you to see; my favorite ones were the wolves! Playground was perfect for my little niece and we felt safe. My mom is in a wheelchair, I was hard to get around some areas since this is not an inside building type of museum (mostly outside nature type) but I didn’t let that stop me and still did the whole thing even pushing my mom thru dirty pathways; I just want people aware of the limited accessibility. I will be back.

Super humid and hot even first thing in the morning during our May visit. Kids camp going on but didn’t interfere with our walk about. Nature trails were great.

Absolutely amazing experience! We came to check out the Tree-to-Tree Adventures course, but weren’t sure we’d get the full course in before some bad weather rolled in. The admission/gift shop staff were friendly and very kind. Jonathan did our safety demo/helped us through the course as needed and was awesome. Super grateful he kept us on track so we could get the entire course done before it started to rain! My mom and I felt the equipment was straightforward and felt very safe throughout the experience. The course and zip lines were extremely fun and a light-medium difficulty, it took us about 1.5 hours to do the long course (with no course traffic since we were the only ones out that day). We particularly enjoyed that the course staff watched/helped from a distance, we liked working through the obstacles on our own for the most part. We took a rain break after the course then had a great time walking the boardwalks/trail to see the dinosaur art exhibits and animals. The enclosures have great visibility and we were able to see a good portion of their animals. They all appeared well cared for and had lots of enrichment available. We easily spent another 2 hours walking around. We would both recommend and plan to visit again in the future for the Tree-to-Tree Adventures and animals!
