I visited Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Urgent Care yesterday June 16 for unexpected illness. I was received friendly by the staff of the facility: physician, physician assistant, nurse, and everyone was going up and down to ensure that I received a quality care. Indeed, I received the best care from this facility yesterday, and I am very grateful to the physician, assistant physician, x-ray technician, nurse and every employee who provided me an excellent service yesterday. I am walking and the pain is completely gone. Thank you for your exceptional service

We came to TMH ER for a referral to Dr. Price for my 6-year-old daughter’s broken elbow, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
While we were in the ER, my daughter was asleep in my lap, and our nurse, Liz, was absolutely amazing. She checked on us frequently, kept us updated every step of the way, and was so gentle and skilled when starting my daughter’s IV. At one point, I was struggling to hold my daughter comfortably in the chair, and Liz immediately stepped in with pillows and adjusted the recliner for me. That small act made a huge difference—it made me feel seen and truly cared for.
Radiology was also wonderful. They managed to turn what could have been a scary moment into a fun one. They were playful, had my daughter laughing, and she even enjoyed her wheelchair ride.
When we got to pre-op, it honestly felt like walking into a room full of people who genuinely cared. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and focused on making sure we were comfortable. Marcus and Annie had incredible bedside manner and made us feel at ease during a stressful time.
Dr. Price was equally amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, spoke directly to my daughter in a way she could understand, and even joked and played with her. She was smiling and laughing before he left the room, which meant everything to us as parents.
The surgery went great, and overall, this was one of the best hospital experiences I’ve ever had. I truly want to thank everyone involved—especially those I mentioned—for showing such compassion, kindness, and professionalism. It does not go unnoticed, and it meant more to our family than you know.
TMH (Tallahassee Medical Center) was absolutely awesome excellent all around from facility to staff all worked diligently & with great care to save my life! I was so blessed & grateful for their amazing care & knowledge to get me back healed from a serious condition of pneumonia.
I trust them with my life anytime!!
I recently had abdominal surgery, and then had to come back four days later for complications where I remained in the hospital for almost 10 days. TMH has exceptional medical staff who care greatly about their patients. I wish I had written every name down so that I could publicly acknowledge them. Rest assured, if you need Quality medical care, TMH is the place to go.
I was recently a patient at TMH and I was well cared for. As a retired nurse I understand what makes caring in a facility. I was pleased with all he staff. They were organized which helped me the most.
I was a patient at TMH for 3 days. Not my 1st time. I've been a patient there several times. I've never had any problems. I was on 3N. 2 of my nurses, Angie and Nadid went over and beyond to make sure I had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you!!
I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the Bixler emergency room at TMH!! I came in an ambulance and waited in extreme pain for 6 hours in the waiting area just for them to recommend me going somewhere else because they were busy. When I arrived they were not busy. Everyone before and after me were called up and seen. During the whole 6 hours I did not have anyone come up to me once to ask any questions or give any updates on a room. I asked to nurses on the progress of the room and both were extremely irate and dismissive. Every nurse I watched walk in and out carried the most nonchalant and insensitive attitude. It was truly disturbing and distasteful to view. I alerted the nurses multiple times that I needed care and was very much in extreme pain despite me not yelling or spazzing like they might expect. I would never go to TMH for any emergency based on the lack of professionalism they display. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have also never written a google review before so I’m sure you understand that this visit was severely bad. I would 100% recommend HCA Hospital. They were able to see me since TMH never did and every single staff I interacted with during my visit was amazing. You can tell they love their jobs and they acted with urgency and efficiency. Huge difference from TMH!
my husband there recently for a pacemaker insertion and the care was excellent. Nurses were great and even the food service was timely and with a great attitude. Lots of activity going on, even parking was easier, and free! Hopes for the better!
