Rooter Guard came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Johnny was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.
Called for Sink clog & gurgling from kitchen sinks on 2 floors that connected. They said they could have someone within the hour and they were here before 15min. Talk about speedy service. They sent a text with the name & picture of who was coming which was great. Edward was wonderful from start to finish. He explained everything clearly & explained all pricing. We needed a camera plus a snake to completely clear the sewer line out. Edward has great customer service skills, was very kind and completed the job with great skill. You can tell he takes pride in his work & appreciates customers. Thank you Rooter Guard and Edward .Def. will be my go to Plumbing from now on.
All of my sinks and toilets were clogging and other plumbing were quoting for a main line replacement but Rooter Guard was able to come and repair everything for us, Amazing people very honest work I especially appreciate Mark the technician who explained the process to me step by step

Plumber George is courteous & professional. He knows his job and completed the job efficiently. His hands and arms got the strength to work on the copper pipe rings that I tried for a couple hours but unable to remove the old ones. Well done.
Main pipe to septic tank was clogged beyond what I could clear. Called Rooter Guard and within two hours a technician was at my door. It was not a cheap visit, but very reasonable for the work performed and worth every penny to me. And they also identified a larger problem with my pipes that I would have never known about without the camera they sent into my system.
Technician was excellent. Explained clearly what needed to be done and the cost. He was very neat and cleaned up after. Invoice was easy to understand showing guarantee labor and break down of cost. Would highly recommend the Rooter Guard plumbing to neighbors/ friends.
Al came immediately. We needed some serious work done. Old pipes in an old building. 3-4 guys worked 8 hours every day for 5/6 days. Fantastic! Amazing! Meticulous! The job they did is absolutely immaculate and impressive. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my plumbing needs! The price was reasonable considering the amount of work that was done..
