Dodge park is wonderful!! It's a huge park that has something for everyone. There's a big splash pad, playground equipment, picnic tables, pavilion, and walking/running trails that connect to River Bend. They also have mountain bike trails. The river runs through the park for beautiful views and scenery. They have a large stage for live entertainment. I especially love Dodge Park Thursdays...food trucks, vendors and live bands. They also have Patios and Pints across the street on Thursdays. So much fun to be had!!
First time at the water park and it was so fun watching my boys play! It wasn’t too crowded and it was clean. There’s staff was super friendly and everyone really looked like they enjoyed themselves!! $10 for non residents btw!
Great park. Would love for the walkers and bikers to have separate lanes or paths of travel so people with headphones on don't get run over by bikers.
Other than that; very scenic, serene and natural beauty.
Nice trails with off road paths for ebikea scooters skating or just walking the dog or baby .multiple rest stops with markers and benches through
Out... and many different trails along the Clinton river
Dodge Park is a wonderful park and you’d find a lot of modern amenities here, but I want to tell you that I don’t think Dodge Park itself is where this park shines. It’s in the events, the Sterlingfest, the farmers market. Because when you walk the trails at dodge park, you realize just how beautiful the whole Clinton River Trail Parkway system is. I always start at Farmstead and walk to Dodge Park from there, but I recommend taking a long hike down that trail and trying to see both ends as well as where the other trailheads lead from. Do not forget to walk down to the Sterling Heights nature center too before it closes at 3pm!
Nice park we were able to take our kiddos to while visiting Detroit. Plenty of space and things to do. The slapsh pad was a bit crowded and there's was a dress code in order to enter.
Very beautiful park for all ages and the best place to get out in nature and take a walk or jog and bike on there trails also have the splash pad in the summer months lots of areas just to have a picnic and or BBQ bring some bread and feed the ducks/geese it's one of my favorite parks in South East Michigan so if you are in Sterling heights or 17 mile and vandyke check out this park and go for a walk on the trails or bring the kids and let them burn off some energy! Your soul will thank you for the walk in the woods I promise! Have a great day
Wir wollten dieses Splash Pad mit unserem Sohn besuchen. Es war ein super warmer Tag und wir haben uns auf die Abkühlung gefreut. Leider wurde uns der Zutritt nach der Bezahlung (!!!) verwehrt weil mein Mann und ich keine Badekleidung dabei hatten (wir wollten nur am Rand sitzen, glaubte man uns aber nicht). Und die Badehose unseres Sohnes war scheinbar auch nicht die richtige. Also 15$ für die Tonne und keine Abkühlung. Nie wieder! Das Geld haben wir nicht wieder bekommen.
