Nino's Restaurant

Went there twice. The food was pretty good each time. Pricing is fair for its portions. Nice wine selection. Service attentive and professional. The only thing is that as someone who grew up in Brooklyn who grew up with good Italian food, it's hard to say this is outstanding compared to so many other Italian restaurants in the city. Perhaps I'm picky but that might not be a bad thing.

We came here with friends and my toddler and had such a wonderful experience! My toddler has been really picky lately, but he absolutely loved the food—which says a lot🙂 Our server and the whole staff were super friendly and kind, they surprised him with a complimentary ice cream and even had the team come over to sing for his birthday, which made his day so memorable. Such a warm, welcoming place—we’ll definitely be back!

My fiance took me here and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The appetizer was yummy it was a mozzarella square I forgot the name of it but it was outstanding. The mushroom risotto was to die for it was so good. My fiance ordered that dish and I couldn't help it but eat from his plate. The service overall was excellent. The waiter was fantastic. The tiramisu was so perfect and soft and tasteful. Will be definitely returning.

I really cant say enough about this spot. The BEST service I have ever had. They make you feel like family and the food is great. My wife and I stumbled upon this place through our travels in NY and we are glad we found it. We would truly go back every week if we lived closer. If there was a higher rating I would give it. Every thing was 10 out of 10

Spacious eating area and excellent service. My friend ordered something on the menu and I ordered something off the menu and both dishes came out perfect. Very flavorful and delicious. this is not the first time I’ve been here and it will never be the last time. If you don’t come here, you’re missing out.

Today I celebrated one of my best friend’s birthdays at Nino’s over lunch. We started with their goat cheese & walnut salad and grilled portobello with gorgonzola. For main courses, I had the chicken Sorrentino with prosciutto, eggplant & fontina; she had the eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti, along with an excellent Etna Rosso. I’ve been eating here for years and I am never disappointed! Food and service are top-notch!

There are many good things I can say about this restaurant but the service and food was excellent. I really enjoyed the traditional Italian American atmosphere of the restaurant and service which starts the moment you walk in. I loved the Calamari Agrodolce off the specials and later on the Chicken Scarpariello for my main course. Our waiter for the night was Hagi, he was very well spoken and attentive. To end the night, the tiramisu made in house was wonderful!

Mom loves this place, so brought her here for dinner. Now I understand why this is her favorite restaurant. The food was delicious, servers were very attentive and we left happily full (with leftovers). The baked clams appetizer was cooked perfectly, the shrimp scampi over saffron risotto was tasty and mom thoroughly enjoyed her filet of sole oreganata. Looking forward to going back and trying other dishes.
