This shop some how build these reviews and don’t know how to help people he is trying to sale 500$ tire that’s not is the same brand or the same thread or same size! When confronted guy hangs up the phone! Very convenient not to listen real concerns! Pushing to people easiest format that works for you not customer! Very frustrating this business management is horrible they don’t care about you as a customer they only care to make you buy new tires even if it’s not your thread or brand or size! Shame on you! BUSINESS definitely should make money I understand I am business owner my self but you not gonna be in business without happy customers not 4ever! Btw I came to this place twice and wanted to leave review but I try to make excuses for them. But this time was enough is enough!

I just noticed that my New York State inspection sticker had expired a couple of days ago, and since it was a Saturday, I was really worried about getting ticketed especially with how strict NYC traffic enforcement is these days. I called ahead to confirm they do NYS inspections, and they told me it’s all walk in. I arrived shortly after, and within about 10–15 minutes they had already taken my car in. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle free. What I appreciated most was not having to deal with long wait times. The service was efficient and straightforward, exactly what you want when you’re trying to get something like this done quickly. It’s also a huge convenience to find a place that’s fully open on a Saturday with great hours. They clearly run an organized operation and respect your time. they’re focused, professional, and get the job done without delays. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast and reliable inspection spot.

I was in the neighborhood so I decided to use their services. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but they actually scammed me by failing my car’s annual inspection saying my brakes were the problem, so after paying the inspection fee (you pay regardless of whether you fail or pass), they quoted me for $1300 in repairs they recommended I get. This felt suspicious so I left and went to my usual trusted mechanic and he said that All Tire failed my car when it should have passed and there was nothing wrong with my car. I cannot in good faith recommend this place, and I will not be returning here. What they did was in bad faith, dishonest business, and fraudulent.

Have been bringing all of our cars here for several years and these guys are the best! Both Vinny and Rob are always a pleasure to deal with.. honest, reliable, and jobs are priced right. Would highly recommend!! Thank you both for taking such good care of us in our most recent experience.
