Great wash, soft brushes and very friendly staff. Plenty of self serve bays to use the free vacuums, towels, window cleaner, compressed air and a floor mat cleaner. I switched from somewhere close to my house to go here and it is totally worth the extra drive. They are able to accommodate my lifted Jeep with oversized tires and can retract the brushes to protect aftermarket items. A membership is worth getting if you wash frequently.

I’ve decided to take my business to another car wash based on how I was treated here. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, and after replacing my debit card due to it being misplaced, my membership payment didn’t go through since I didn’t have the new physical card yet. Instead of showing any understanding, I was treated very poorly. They were able to see in their system that I’ve been a customer for over a year and even acknowledged it, yet still refused to let me through the wash just this one time. I even offered to pay with Apple Pay using my temporary digital card, but they declined it. In 2026, that’s honestly hard to understand. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my membership. However, after receiving and activating my new physical card, I was unexpectedly charged $39.99 again by this car wash despite already canceling. That raises serious concerns. I’ll be contacting my bank to block any further charges. There are plenty of other car wash options that treat their customers better and provide better service overall.

I recently went to the carwash and had such a great experience thanks to Devin. From the moment I arrived, he was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. He took the time to explain different wash options and helped me choose what would work best for my car. While I was waiting, he checked in to make sure I was happy with everything and even offered tips on how to keep my car looking in between washes. It was refreshing to see someone who clearly enjoys their job and genuinely wants to help customers. If you’re looking for a great carwash experience, definitely ask for Devin!

Car wash tunnel tore my bumper trim off. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions for over a week now and have yet to hear back from them. Super upsetting. So beware about that. The staff and manager are nice though. And the free vacuums/ air pressure work great.

They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions while making sure I got exactly what I needed. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was taken care of, and provided excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
