Proabition came in HOT. Food was so good forgot to take pictures. The whisky was so good I had to pause mid‑bite like, “Okay, who in this bar is trying to impress me?” And the food overall? Straight-up showing off. Every plate had flavor, attitude, and zero shame about being the star of my day.And the service?
Smooth. Sharp. On point. The kind of service that makes you feel like you’re somebody important — even if you just rolled in hungry and slightly chaotic. They handled everything with ease and a smile, like they knew they were running the place everyone brags about.
If you want a spot where the food hits, the whisky hits harder, and the service ties it all together like a bow on a gift you absolutely deserve, Proabition is it.
Kaleb was sooo amazing. Me and my friend went on whim and he was so awesome! So helpful on deciding our food and drinks. Honestly would just come back for his service. The vibe and atmosphere is so amazing. Alexandria was so awesome too and her smile is so nice and she is so helpful too! Can’t wait to come back for their energy!

★★★★★Shoutout to Brice for taking care of us! We stopped by for the first time on a Friday evening. They have seating outside, on the first floor and also upstairs. The overall vibe is rustic, chill, and historic.
There is open seating so we sat at a table and were shortly greeted by Brice. We ordered drinks and food which arrived fairly quickly.
We ordered Margherita pizza with pepperoni, wings and fries. All had quality ingredients and were really good!
As we were leaving, the live music was setting up so we look forward to returning to hear their line up.
Overall we had a great experience!
Chef knows what's up. Bourbon selection is amazing. There are lockers to keep bottles and wine. Awesome. We love the new spot !!

I can only speak on the drinks because I didn’t have any of the food. But as far as drinks go, great drinks, average pricing and great atmosphere. Bartenders are very attentive. They have a good selection of cocktails and their smoke room gives off a chill vibe as if you were hanging out at a friends man cave.

I have been here a couple of times, and will be adding it as a regular stop anytime I'm in Old Town Spring. The appetizers, Bacon wrapped dates, Pretzel, and the Spinach Artichoke dip are absolutely, Amazing! I recommend you try the Corpse Reviver #2 if you like Gin. They have a huge selection of Spirits, and the Bartenders are Top-notch!
