These guys are the best! They fixes my LV bag that LV store said was not repairable! Looks like a new bag. Not cheap, but the work is excellent! If you want your leather goods come back to life and look like new - these guys are go to! 10 stars!

Dropped off a pair of boots to get heels fixed and resoled. Exceeded my expectations, they cleaned them up and look new. Would highly recommend! Way cheaper than buying new…

I recently took my hobo handbag 👜 (Dooney & Bourke) to the Houston Shoe Hospital to have my zipper repaired … I thought the zipper would need to be replaced and was bracing myself for a cost estimate … Ben told me I only needed to have the pull replaced … resulting in a significant difference in cost … He did another excellent job … not to mention his honesty and integrity … great job again 👍🏼 … thank you so very much …

Took my wife’s new Loubotin boots to have sole protectors put on them and they did not take care of the boots properly. Got them back the leather scratched and the sole protectors were poorly placed. They also just handed to them to me like nothing, not even in a bag to protect them. It just shows that attention to detail was non existent. I simply left the store but safe to say I won’t be coming back.

We've lived in five different states and have used a lot of cobblers over the years. Without question, Houston Shoe Hospital is the best we've found. The customer service is outstanding, the workmanship is top-notch and they have helped us more than once with a rush job when we were in a bind. There's almost always a line when we walk in, and after seeing the quality of their work, I completely understand why. I trust them with my high-end designer shoes and boots (they even do handbags) because their repairs are consistently excellent. They pay attention to the details, communicate well and treat every item with care. In a world where quality craftsmanship can be hard to find, this place stands out. Highly recommend.

Being new to Texas and not having our tribe of people around for recommendations, we were very lucky to stumble upon Houston Shoe Hospital. I broke the sole of one of my boots from dancing and my guy lost the heel of one of his boots. The shop was easy to find and very close to home. Ben was very helpful as we explained what we needed. I had him resole my boots with hard leather and now I can slide across the dance floor!! He spruced both pairs up and they look brand spanking new!! Given the cost of nice new boots these days, it was money very well spent! If your boots are in distress… go see Ben! Have already dropped off another pair for some the same treatment!

I had them repair a tear along a zipper of a bag I use for work. They did a great job and returned it back to me under the two weeks that was quoted. Thank you for the perfect job promised!

I had a very bad experience with this shop. I brought my shoes in for a sole repair, paid, and left without inspecting them closely, trusting that they had done the best repair work professionally that is available. When I got home, I realized the edges of the soles are still completely detached. Only the middle of the soles where given attention and the glue they used appears to be cheap glue that is already delaminating. This was a total rip off for work they did not earn. I mean really, it was so bad that they looked just as they is when I brought them in. This is preposterous. If I had noticed before leaving, I would have demanded to speak with the owner so that he or she could see the poor quality of the work they are providing, and also demanded they do it right or return my money right there and there. This is the first bad review I’ve ever shared for any public business, but this place earned it. I do not recommend this place.
