Did my research prior to finding the car of my dreams here. We were looking for a Lexus RX hybrid which are nearly sold out everywhere due to their performance and reliability. Found one here with pretty decent mileage. We searched around at 4 other dealerships including 2 Lexus dealerships before ending up here at Fred Haas Toyota. Brandon met us at the front as we were walking up and since we already knew what we wanted, he was able to get the keys right away and show us the car. It was in really good condition and we were set on buying it but needed to work on the price. Brandon was very easy to work with and helped us reach a price point that worked for us with very little hassle. We already had our financing ready so it was just a matter of getting all the paperwork filled out and settled. Overall, a very good experience and I would highly recommend getting Brandon Rounsavall as your sales rep. He did a great job with showcasing the vehicle and answering any questions we had. If he didn't know the answer right away, he was able to find the answer really quickly. A+ service and they did a detail and filled the tank too, even the next day when I had to come back to drop off some paperwork.

Truly a no hassle place. Went in looking at a RAV4 Plug-In and a Tacoma… walked out with a RAV4 and TWO Tacomas. 😅 JR and Carter was our salesperson and he really worked a great deal for us without making me feel like I had to become a hard negotiator …and that says a lot because I’ve bought around 15 cars over my 20 years of adulting. And yea, once we got into financing, of course there was a little more negotiating, but honestly it was quick and pretty painless compared to most dealerships. The entire experience felt straightforward, transparent, and low pressure. JR and Carter listened to what we wanted, worked with us respectfully, and made the process easy from start to finish. Definitely one of the better car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend asking for JR if you visit Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring!

I purchased my 2026 Land Cruiser sight unseen from Zeke at Fred Haas Toyota Country in Spring in February. I had originally contacted the dealership hoping to physically check out the new Land Cruiser the Sunday after Christmas only to find out there were none on the lot at the time. They had two dozen coming in around Mid-January And half of them were already locked in with down payments. Zeke sat down with me and I picked an exterior/interior color, features and a price that would fit my budget. Due to weather delays my Land Cruiser didn’t arrive until mid-February. When I arrived it only took a few hours start to finish, to wrap up set-up on site of my vehicle onto my phone, inside the vehicle, all service visits, features, and walk through of all the features on the vehicle. Financing took about 45 min from start to finish. It was such a smooth hassle free transaction. Even with a down payment and trade in. Usually I have buyers remorse and I really thought I would after trading in my BMW convertible, but I absolutely love my Land Cruiser, it’s sexy, sleek and sporty. It rides comfortably and it sits up high and I love the durability. Thanks Zeke for getting me set up with my new ride!! We are very pleased with Fred Haas Toyota. We went back in January to purchase a GR86 for our son. From the moment we got there, their salesman Hector Rios was great help. He informed us that was a car we needed to order since it was a particular one we were looking for. From the time we placed the order to the time it arrived he'd reach out & keep us updated on the delivery. When it got here we went to do the paperwork and we were in & out way faster than we thought. We were also curious about them having a LC in their inventory that evening. This was the third dealership we had gone to and it did not disappoint. We wanted to trade in our car for a new Camry and Syed M. Ahmed helped made this happen. This was our first time purchasing a used vehicle. We were looking for a reliable car for our daughter’s 16th birthday. Erick was amazing!
