Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage

I had a wonderful experience using FFMS. My contact was Clark at the office, and he answered all of my questions promptly via email or phone call prior to my move. Jacob and Peter were my Packers, and they came back and did the move the next day. I had a wonderful experience with them. They were respectful, courteous, professional, and helped me with everything related to the packing and moving. I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a one bedroom apartment, and they were patient and had great attention to detail when I pointed out the part of the house, including the shared kitchen, that was mine for this move. If I move again, I will certainly use FFMS. Professional from start to finish, which is exceptionally hard to find in Moving services. Their communication was on point all the time. When the crew accidentally took my purse and my keys, I had a contact even on a Saturday, in the office so that they could relay the message to Jacob and Peter, and I only had to wait about five minutes for them to come back. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I used a different mover three years ago, and it was a nightmare experience. These guys were on time, which I really appreciated, and just provided excellent customer service, utmost respect, above and beyond communication, and just the best move I’ve experienced in my life, and I’ve had many.

I've used Firefighting's Finest many times over the years and have always had a great experience. I needed a couch moved from a friend's house and opted to use FFMS to save time. I put in a request, they followed up quickly and had me on the schedule for the very next day! The movers, Jacob and David, were on time, professional, friendly and communicated well. They wrapped the furniture, took great care of my home, even rolling out a red carpet...what a fun touch! Overall, another great experience so would definitely recommend!

Both movers came to our residence and were absolute professionals. The movement was quick and safe. No breakages. All good.

Great service and follow ups since booking the move, prior to and during the whole process. Very good team, very respectful and have a positive attitude, hard workers. Very nice experience using a company with some of its members having a background as firefighters, army and civilians serving the community.

I used FFMS to move my 1 bedroom apartment into storage. The movers were friendly, professional, and organized. They arrived on time in the morning and were ready to start right away. The work was finished after about 3 hours--1 worker mostly logging/wrapping items while the other transported them to the truck. The process was streamlined significantly because everything was already in boxes. The furniture was wrapped and tapped thoroughly for protection. I was also impressed by their service while setting up the move in the first place. They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate and good about following up (but not too much) while I checked other options. The move itself and monthly storage costs were a little more than my other estimate, but comparable and I think worth it for quality customer service.

They moved half of her items to a new apartment and half to a storage facility. Everything went perfect. Thank you to Davion, Isiaha, and Matthew- for all the hard work and kindness!
